Melbourne to Adelaide. This is by Australia Post courier usually costing $10. On the very rare occasion when there is a problem with an order, maybe a supplier has let them down, they have phoned to discuss options, which is much better than a text or email. Their prices are good and their weekly specials are hard to beat. Of course, Rockbys do not have the range of products of a global business such as Element14 but their prices are much lower. Therefore, if you are looking for a specific part, you may or may not find it, but keep an eye on those specials.

For those of a suspicious mind, my only association with Rockbys is as customer. Like many people, I came to this site to complain about a notoriously bad service but then got to thinking that there are some absolute gems out there who deserve credit. Cheap specials, reliable, good service and prompt delivery by Australia Post. A very minor quibble - the website is a bit basic but perfectly workable and has recently been upgraded.
