Looks great but rattles like a rattlesnake - LOUD!! – What a lemon. I bought this from a store because it looked amazing and seemed like great value. All was fine until I got home. It rattled like a $200 sunbeam! I took it back for repair and was told the sound was NORMAL. I was shown another machine and yes it was normal. Shop would not give a refund so I had to sell it and lose $500. Really painful. My advice - listen to the machine before you buy one.  Show details

Great machine, expensive but good quality – After much gnashing of teeth we took th eplunge and bought this machine. It's very expensive but made in Italy and very good quality. I'm not much of a coffee drinker but think I will become one with this! Husband is very much into good coffee and he loves how easy it is to make good coffee. You do need a good grinder to go with this.  Show details
