They are good however if a fault or anything they will do nothing. My material was peeling off the shoe's. I keep in boxes and shoe bags. I have other 10 pairs. Would not buy again. Show details

Big fan now – Biggest fan now. I don’t usually order shoes online because I tend to return them as the size is never what I expected, but these were perfect. Been wearing them almost daily for last few weeks. Show details

The most comfortable shoes ever – I bought two pairs of shoes in quick succession. One was a pair of black leather ankle boots that were so amazingly comfortable from the very first wear. I bought them for a trip to the UK and they were ideal: rain-proof, comfy and so light weight. The other was a pair of leather slides for summer. Again, so comfy from the first wear. Customer service excellent and fast to respond to queries. Wait for sales for big savings. Show details

Wonderful for sore feet – I have two pairs of Rollie loafers and two pairs of slides. Wearing loafers at work sometimes throws me because they are so comfortable that I feel like I'm wearing slippers and have to look to check. I generally have very sore feet due to no arches and a painful bunion as a result of an injury. These shoes are very comfortable. It would be great… Read more

if the arch support was more consistent across the range. I love the variety of colours and designs. These shoes are great and have become my go to weekend shoe as well. The image is of the shoes I am currently wearing.

I can't imagine a future without Rollie – Since I purchased my first Rollie shoes, there has been no turning back. As you can see from the photo, I have a lot and they are different styles, but most are variations of the Derby. In fact there is one more pair of black mules missing from the photo as I 'forgot' I had them on! Of all of these shoes, I only returned 1 pair for a… Read more

different size. (free post to return) It was the ballet flat (front left). The end result, even with the new size was that these are not suitable for me. In hindsight I should have just returned for a refund. From the photo, the white cork midsole punch (centre front) are the only ones that took bit to get used to - they are a stiff leather. For my foot, from experience I don't buy styles that are 'punched' leather all over (including the heal section) as they are not lined and have a 'ridge' where the edge is turned in and stitched. That bit may take getting used to, but would depend on the individual. You can see I have several sidecut punch and slingback punch shoes, but these are lined around the heel.

I can only think that the individuals who have had bad luck with these shoes have possibly purchased the wrong size or style for their foot. I wonder if they contacted Rollie Support for help.

My recommendation to you is to buy your first pair from a reputable store that will give you good advice and follow that advice. My first pair were Derby Black Dream (black with little white dots) I thought 39 was good, but the store assistant told me they we too small, so I took that advice and purchased the 40 from her. Even though I initially thought they were a little big, coming home on from work the first day of wearing them, she was 100% right.

I still buy in stores if there are sales, but online direct from Rollie most of the time. They offer incredible service, free super quick post, great promotions and member benefits.

Rollie Derby Animal Brazen - Terribly uncomfortable!!! – I brought a pair of rollie shoes online after reading all the rave reviews online. But after wearing them for a day, during which I put bandaids on my feet. My feet were very sore and I could hardly walk. Very disappointed in these shoes. The shoes are made a very stiff leather which cuts into your feet. Sadly I could not recommend these shoes. Show details

Best casual shoes I've had – I purchased Rollie City sneakers. Needed to buy down a size as I have narrow feet. I have high arches, and these shoes are terrific and supportive. Within 3 days of owning them I walked around the base of Uluru in 37 degree heat, and they are what saved my feet. I too, like the person who wrote the review on 24 March, was surprised to read… Read more

negative reviews. Hard to believe. however I only oen the one stle, so I can't talk for other styles- just the City sneakers I am currently on the lookout for an all black pair that were in the range a couple of seasons ago. I'd die and go to heaven for another pair, and have written to HQ to see if they would bring them back.

Really wanted to love these shoes – Two pairs of Rollies - desperately hoping they lived up to the hype. Stiff leather that doesn't soften (no matter how much you wear them) and makes the shoes uncomfortable to wear. I can't recommend this brand. Show details

So good I've started buying 2nd hand ones too! – Really surprised to see other negative reviews - I bought my first pair of Rollie Derbys 2 years ago and they're still one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own! Now that I'm walking a short distance to work each day, I've picked up another new pair, and 4 great secondhand pairs I bought online. Doesn't take long to break them in at all,… Read more

super comfy and lightweight and super cute. Only small downside I scuffed my toes on one quite easily, but used beeswax care kit to coat them and the scuffs are mostly hidden now. Would absolutely recommend and love how consistent the sizes are (only shoes I buy online cause I know they'll fit and be comfy when they turn up).

Ripped my feet open within a few hours of light wear – I bought the Rollie slides sandals and as a single mum I don’t have many pairs of shoes. I was excited to wear them to work but after an hour or two they became very uncomfortable and I could hardly walk. I put bandaids on my feet but my blisters actually bled through the bandaids! I had to limp to my car, leave work and drive to Kmart to buy some… Read more

thongs to wear for the rest of the day. I couldn’t possibly wear these shoes again and I’m very disappointed as I thought I was investing in some good quality shoes that would last for a while.

Disappointing returns system – I asked through the Rollie website if I could exchange a pair of shoes that were too large. I couldn’t return them to the shop because I bought them on holiday. After sending my request I got an email back approving the return. I put them in the post to Rollie. 6weeks later I heard nothing so I chased it up. At first they claimed to know nothing… Read more

about the return, but when I persisted, they did track them down.

Then they said they would not exchange them because I hadn’t purchased through the website. I asked them to honor the return. Instead they stopped corresponding with me and mailed the shoes back.

I’m disappointed by the service. I would have understood if they had explained why they wouldn’t exchange when I first made contact.

On principle I will never buy Rollie’s again.

horrible and uncomfortable shoes – I wish I could write a good review for these shoes... Bought a ballet flat based on friends recommendations because I was looking for a comfortable shoe to work. First day of use, blister on both ankles. Extremely uncomfortable shoes. Very disappointed I bought shoes from a company that pride themselves and market these shoes as "lightweight and… Read more

comfortable". Tried to return my shoes as I was extremely unhappy. No refund, they are sending my shoes back. Not sure what to do with it. Too uncomfortable to even think about donating to someone. furthermore, shoes are very low quality. one day of use and shoes already have scuff marks.
