I have completed a large order online. Tracking app said parcel had been delivered when it had not been delivered. Zip customer service from Ron Bennett Clothing- no one to talk to. They ask for an email with the usual stock standard custom reply. I would not recommend this company for online sales. I will be taking this up with Consumer Affairs NSW.
Placed an order on 12th May have nor heard a word from them it is now the 28th and still no product.NOT happy. They had no problem take payment straight away.
Waiting over one month for T shirts they won’t respond to my follow up and didn’t apply discount to my order – Been waiting 7 weeks for t shirts no message from them since I paid
A great site turned to a drop shipping crap fest – This has gone from my favourite online retailer to the worst drop shipping site I've come across recently. lame excuse of aggregating stock between stores. Eventually everything turned up, a shirt was the wrong colour (not dramatically different to the online one but a bit) and the whole thing took 20 days to resolve with only one communication reply in the whole time, none in real time and I suspect none by a real person.
Excellent – What a great company, got a great deal when I purchased 3x polo shirts and 2 pairs of Bamboo shorts. Great quality and size was spot on. And delivery was faster than expected. Will be purchasing more. Very happy with quality and service. Show details
Terrible – Purchased online mid November for christmas, waited 1 week then checked website and marked as unfulfilled, looked up phone number to chase up, Parramatta number is disconected, 1800 number no one answers, you have to leave your name and email address and wait the 2 days before they respond, i had ordered 4 Polo shirts and was told 3 were in stock… Read more
and 1 would come in the next 2 days, got in touch via email 4 days later and was told they were waiting for all 4 to come from supplier and they would send when all 4 were in stock, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I could of got 4 polos from DXL in New York quicker than this

Received $80 gift card instead of $100 gift card but quickly refunded – I emailed them and after a couple of days received a prompt refund. Wrong colour and forgotten needed to hassle to get what i paid for – Ordered a Hugo Boss suit black and was forgotten thus was not being sent. then got excuse that no black suits and sent a charcoal one instead. You are better off to go directly to Hugo Boss and buy direct than put up with self centred service. Adelaide then back to Melbourne and finally arriving in Tassie over two weeks later. No apology and worst ever service - would not even recommend to a worst enemy. If one were to serve in a restaurant like this the customer would rightly throw the plate back to you, walk out and not pay. Lower than a snakes chin. In Italy(yes a dual citizen me) the service and quality of merchandise you can can quality to the 3rd SD i.e. 99.97% not Ron Bennett at 1st SD i.e. .03%. Numbers don't lie but some people do. BTW the shop in Italy had a suit collection that would put ANY store in Australia to shame with range and CURRENT fashion stock. Please don't put up with this Mob of deceitful operators.

wanted to buy them but he did so through by questioning and condensing my thought process making me feel bad if I didn't buy them then and there.
Also before I bought the two suits they tried to fool me and make me feel special by implying I had been given a good deal for the two suits... I later found out that the two suits were sold to me at their normal price. Nothing but overpriced, poor quality suits. Yeah sure, good price. Just tell me as it is. Pushy.
I recently phoned them to return one of the suit jackets as the pants had been altered I thought Id keep them and their policy states such cannot be returned.
I phoned the Parramatta store and again was handled by [name removed]. he mentioned that their policy states that they cannot accept the jacket as an individual item as it was purchased with the pants - although it had not been altered and had tags attached. Which to me is bizzare cause they can resell the jacket it as they had mentioned they stock the pants of such suit jacket individually all the time.
That was fine by me. But it was the way [name removed] express the store policy to me in an extremely rude way.

will never purchase suits from here ever nor recommend anyone else unless you wanna buy poor fitting and overpriced suits and be met with rude and pushy sales people.
Poor Service with Poor Quality Suit – I purchased a full suit from R&M in Parramatta a few months ago. The sales person is excellent in doing quick sale, very pushy. I picked up the suit a week later. From the start there was already a big hole in the pocket and lines hanging out. After a few months, the bottom lining in the pants was gone and the pants start to drop. Won't buy from here again. Expensive, poor quality and poor service.
Great online shopping experience – Have bought quite a number of items and very happy with the quality of clothing. Website is easy to navigate and shipping is very fast. Clothing is made for tall and big men rather than short and big so all items needed to be shortened, however alterations to knits were not difficult for a seamstress.
