I've had plant packages packaged a lot better than this place. A leaf was caught in the sticky tape meaning it had to be damaged as I attempted to move it. The second plant had long branches which were scattered all over the box along with an insufficient amount of packing peanuts. The plants were healthy though but I won't shop here again, there are better online retailers.

Happy plant owner – Received my plants in a safe and cared for package. Healthy and happy. Delivery was delayed due to seller being sick, but she did inform me.

Beautiful Plants – I've placed a few orders with Root'd plants and I've not been disappointed. Very well priced and healthy, arrived quickly too with care in the packaging. The main reason for this feedback is the customer service. The owners actually emailed me to thank me for making a repeate purchase. It's the little things that matter.

Misleading online store – I would advice people to steer clear purchasing plants from this online store. I received plants that were riddled with spider mites - iron Cross oxalis. The leaves all died back and luckily there were corms in the substrate so I had to propagate these and thankfully I was able to salvage the plant. The other issues, which really infuriated me,… Read more

was that I purchased a Philodendron Burle Marx variegata and chose the plant that I wanted. The plant I received had no variegated leaves apart from one or two that were completely white. I emailed the owner and explained the plant I received did not look like the plant in the image on her website that I selected. She replied saying it was the same plant and that she could give me advice on how to fix the variegation. I am well aware of how to encourage variegation in plants and I am well aware that when a variegated plant produces a completely albino leaf, this plant won't continue to grow and will ultimately die. This plant cost me $80, so I basically was deceived into buying plant that would not grow and I'd have yo cut off the completely white leaves in an attempt to salvage it. I will display the images of what I selected online vs what I received and you can see for yourself how I was cheated out of a lot of money. You can see from the images that the plant shown on her website has leaves with half variegation, half green. The plant I received has one pure white leaf which is poor regarding variegation. I can not stand dishonest businesses that don't deliver on the goods they promise. This business has poor moral standards. Purchase at your own risk.
