Has anyone figured out how to return the product for a refund? My product came and never worked from day 1. They won't answer any emails or calls.

I haven’t been able to get them to send me a return label or anything . I got one reply that said “sent us a video of device not working properly and confirmation of your purchase and we can send you a new device” but that has been over a week and I have sent the supporting documents.

I take that back. They just emailed me today to tell me they will refund it. We shall see! The email I used for contact: support@rosacare.org

Yea I had them answering questions and even gave me the address to send it back to, which I did, they kept messaging untill I sent them the proof of delivery of the device to the address they gave me. Never heard anything else from them, no refund, nothing at all. Dint even waste your money sending it back. It's a scam.

Did anyone receive their refund back ?? I’m really debating if I should return the item or not saying they will pay for shipping not able to get them to send me a return label , I really wanna know if anyone got there refund back before I send it back
