Absolutely terrible. Ordered a jumper and the wrong size got delivered. Refused to refund me without the item being returned so had to pay $45 to send it back. Then the package was returned to sender because they never collected it from customs. Ended up refunding me but refusing to compensate for the postage fee. Customer service is horrendous. Didn’t receive order – Do not order from this company. Absolutely appalling that they can’t deliver what they promise and their customer service is ridiculous! Why haven’t these people been reported to consumer affairs!!!!
Avoid this company – I beleive this company to be a scam. I paid them for a product that was never delivered. They then provided me with a tracking number which was for someone else's name, email and address. My item never arrived and they refused to refund me.
Scam site is generous – My son has purchased an all wood recipe book for $100 including delivery as a present for his mother. He immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund to be made. They immediately came back and told him not to worry it would be there on time. He continued to request a refund and cancellation of the order. Fast forward to the 3rd of January, 2024 and 19 emails later the item arrives. All wood turns out to be a poorly made laminated rubbish with scratches all over it. Given the fact it arrived in incredibly soft packaging the damage obvious occured at the source and was sent anyway.
Finally to really rub salt into the wound the same item is now available for $18 plus delivery instead of $80. At $18 you are still over paying.
We continue to request to return the product and seek a refund to no avail. This highlights the need to use something like Pay Pal or Afterpay, when items are faulty or not as advertised you can stop payment and have some recourse.
