VerifiedAll lights turn on for the RosaCare but the laser is not working. Have used it about 6 times with good results but now it's not "lasering"

Great question! You can use your handset on just about any part of your body, including your bikini area and face - below the cheeks! Your lady bits will be more sensitive so I’d suggest adjusting Lumi to a lower intensity level for a more comfortable experience when using it down there
What does the red light mean in the setting level window (remains on whether at level one or five (device won’t flash)

2. Wipe the treatment window (flash window): Using a soft, non-abrasive cloth dampened with a solution of 70% isopropyl alcohol, gently clean the treatment window. This can be achieved with pre-moistened alcohol wipes, or by dampening a cloth with liquid isopropyl alcohol.
3. Air dry: Allow the device to air dry completely before using it again or storing it away.
4. Do not immerse in water: Remember, never immerse the device in water or any other liquid, as it is not waterproof and this could damage it.
By following these steps, you can ensure the device is clean and ready for use by your daughter. Remember, everyone's skin is different, and it's always a good idea to start with the lowest intensity level when someone new is using the device.

What does the flashing green light mean?
Hi Lori, A flashing green light means that your OG handset has been activated but is not completely on. To turn it on, you must press the button where the light is blinking green. Once done, the light will become steady, and you are ready to use it!

Hi. The same thing is happening to me. The green light is just blinking, and when I press the button, nothing happens.
Hi Tianna and Andrea, Do you have our OG handsets? The green light will blink once you have plugged it into an outlet. To turn it on, you need to press the button with the blinking light. The green light will then become steady.

I recently received a RosaCare Premium IPL hair removal device. I've followed the instructions, by it continuously turns itself off after a couple of seconds use. I'm lifting the headset off after every flash. I'm using the stamp mode as when using the auto and glide mode the machine also turns itself off. How can I solve this problem?

considering getting it. when you say ‘permanent’ does that really mean never again? or is that just a word for long term..?
Hi! According to the FDA, permanent hair removal means the “long-term, stable reduction in the number of hairs regrowing after a treatment regime.” Which is what our handset provides!✨ Even in-clinic lasers are not fully permanent. If you don’t mind just one touch-up every 3-4 months after the full treatment is complete, then I’d say it’s a pretty good deal!

Hello, Good luck on your journey. The company says to start off with the lowest level twice a week and increase the levels by your comfort level over a 12 week span. So you’ll have to use the product over a twelve week span for improvement. If you order it, the packaging will also say so too.

Just wondering if this is effective on lighter hair that is finer in texture?
Hi Sheila! Due to the nature of IPL relying on melanin to target the hair follicle, it is not very effective on very light hair colours. This means IPL may not be effective on very light blonde, red, or grey hair.
Why does my IPL turns off by itself? Once I stop flashing for a minimal instant after beings flashing a few minutes, it turns off. Is it because it needs a break? I've been lifting it after every flash as you say
I charged my device overnight but when I press the button nothing happens. When it was plugged in there was a green flashing light. Any ideas?

hi there,
it's my first session with the IPL laser removal handset and it was working. i put it on my desk for a few minutes without turning it off and now that i want to use it again it doesn't turn on. the green light is blinking but when i press the button to turn it on it wont turn on. it just blinks. i know the ipl only works while charging so im getting worried. why is it not working?

Does this work on darker skin (Carribean)tones with thick black hair?
Your ad says: Suitable for all but the darkest skin types. What does this mean? Do you have a visual range?
IPL is successful removing body hair due to the presence of a hair pigment known as melanin. This absorbs the light energy emitted by the device and directs it to the hair follicle, to remove hair and prevent future growth.
Naturally dark pigmented skin however will contain more melanin than lighter skin tones so more energy is absorbed. This means individuals with dark skin tones are more susceptible to burns following treatment. This does not exclude all darker skin tones. (Please refer to the skin tone chart below to see if IPL is suitable for you.)
This means IPL may not be effective on very light blonde, red, or grey coloured hair. As long as the root of your hair is brown or black it should work for you! For dark blonde roots the treatment may take longer to take effect but will work with time and consistency, any shade darker will work perfectly!
