I got recommended by my sisters, she is an air stewardess, traveling, always need a good lotion. After I applied, immediately my skin feeling moisturized, and absorb nonsticky feeling.

Later, I recommended to a lot of my friends and classmates, some of them were having the bad skin problems like a snake skin peeled on their legs, they never dare to wear short or skirt showing their legs. A week later, they called me, it was an amazing product. Now, they have beautiful and smooth radiant skin. They can wear whatever they want now.

Recently, I just found out this product started discounted in price-line stores and supermarket. Hard to find this product in Australia, due to the product wasn't selling well. I just wanted to write a review and share how good about this products. Very worth to try on the product.

every single time I shower. I totally stopped scratching my skin till it was red, blotchy and weeping causing extreme discomfort. I do not wear a makeup base on face except for special occasions when I will tolerate the tight itchy feeling it gives me. People often comment when I tell them my age (56) as they are surprised I am not younger. I attribute this to the correct level of moisture being added to my skin after washing regularly slowing down the aging affects and keeping my skin soft. And it stops my skin feeling 'tight' after showering. I am a pharmacist and well aware of all the factors that can aggravate sensitive skin. This Cream was a blessing and regularly available everywhere. So imagine my surprise when they changed the formula and I had to start searching for it as a lot fewer places stocked it. I wasn't happy, but because my skin has been stable for so long I can tolerate the thinner slightly perfumed version of the Intensive Moisture Body Cream for Very Dry Skin. Now I am totally astounded that the tub of cream has disappeared and a watered down version in a lotion (and that is the exact difference, a lotion is runnier version of a cream, hence higher water content) for normal to dry skin is the only option available. I don't understand why! This was a product that I would recommend to customers, now I have to point to other established products that have stood the test of time. Preferably one with dimethicone in it & preferably in a Cream not watery lotion. Unfortunately I have been caught out late and I am desperately searching for old stock - usually from Amcal Pharmacies. Once this is gone I will be forced to search for an alternative. Unless the excellant original formula for Dry to Extra Dry Skin is made available again Rosken will lose a long term satisfied customer and a health professional that will not recommend their product. I won't like to, but I will find an alternative because I am able to see some of the new product ranges available and what I use, I will recommend. So HAPPY with the OLD formula and so very DISAPPOINTED with the direction Rosken have taken. For so long it seemed that Rosken resisted the, as I see it, sell out to an inferior product. For the NEWEST RANGE my score is ZERO STARS.

My friends have often asked me how my skin looks so good and I have always answered with my daily use of skin repair which I have been using since my doctor referred me to the original product when I was 14- I am now 54 (when you are on a good thing stick to it). I have never used any other moisturiser until now (the new formula) which my skin now reacts with itching and redness. That saying "stick with what you know and works" definitely applies here. I thought that as I was getting older this is why my skin has become itchy and red but now I know it is because of the change in the formula. I have been a perfect advertisement for your original product and have been worrying about trying new products on my sensitive skin and so has my son who I referred the original product to also- I was hoping to continue to use your product for another 40 years! I have purchased tubes of the original formula on line but would be far happier if I could still purchase the original cream through Coles and Woolworths. PLEASE SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT BRINGING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULA.

Life Changing For People With Dry Skin!!! – I suffer from severely dry skin around my eyes, I would wake up with dry skin flaking off literally all around my eyelids, and nothing, not even vaseline helped. Not impressed – The Rosken Skin Repair Hand Cream for very dry hands has newly designed tube colors but it more importantly and sadly has a different consistency. It used to be the perfect consistency. Now it's thin and runny so it runs out without even a squeeze. It's annoying when too much comes out.  Show details

What happened to your original Skin Repair Cream? – What ever happened to the original Rosken Skin Repair? It was great for my rough skin and softened it within days. The products that you have now is rubbish. None work and now looking for a product again that works. The rating I have given is for the current product.

A wonderful product – This is the best cream for treating dry skin out of the many that I have used. I’ve been using it for years! My only criticism is that since they have added a fragrance to it, I don’t like the smell. I wish they had left it as it originally was! Show details

The best I've found – This is the best I have found. I have used several products from multi-national companies, but this little Australian company has the best product by far. I tried paw paw ointment, lanolin based products etc to eradicate dry areas on my knuckles without success. But now I am cured.

Please bring back the original rosken intensive moisturising hand cream – I live in a little town called Wahgunyah in Victoria I've driven to Albury, Wangaratta I have very sensitive hands and it's the only cream I can you use your new one is making my hands dry red itchy swollen...

wholeheartedly agree with those who regret withdrawal of this efficacious product. The replacements – Agree absolutely with those regretting withdrawal of this product. The replacements do not seem to have a comparable effect and do not appear to carry the same healing properties. Bringing it back in the original form would be much appreciated.

Good value – I love this skin saver, it’s light, soothing relieve to my old dry gardening hands. It protects, moisturises & has a great perfume that’s not over powering, it soaks in easily without a trace of a greasy feeling. I love that it’s a great price & easily available now in supermarkets

Bring back the original – I thought that I had hit the Jackpot after finding this product on the supermarket shelf, I had been looking for it for years. Well I have to say that I am rather disappointed, what a shame that the quality product has been lost? I feel that it is too runny and isn't having the results that the original gave. I'm searching for a product that matches the original Rosken skin repair dry skin cream – Rosken skin boost range does not repair red itchy skin like Rosken skin repair dry skin cream did. I don't know why the manufacturer changed the recipe, I, like many other satisfied customers, had pirchased the product for years. I'm now feeling ripped off and let down by this boost range and won't be buying it again.

Very pleased – This cream has been fantastic. it improves the skin on my hands within days. All the dry chapped skin becomes smooth and soft, and the little nicks of skin around the nails also heal quite quickly. Even my mum who is in her 80's had fast improvement with her hands too. I would definitely recommend this cream.

This is really good product, wish may buy it from supermarkets – I use it everyday for more than 15 years. But I can find it from Coles , Woolworth and some pharmacies today. Feel very sad. Only see QV product which is not working for me.

Rosken original Skin Repair Cream without peer – Can't believe this great product deleted.. Replacement body lotion is rubbish. Product manager at Rosken tried to tell me it was the same formula with a different scent. She obviously had no idea...how do people like this keep their jobs?

I have very dry skin, and I find this product is just great for my hands, which can spilt sometimes – I brought this hand cream because my hands were so dry, I have found once a day at night is enough, to keep my hand soft and not spilt. I would recommend this product to anyone who has very dry skin.

5 STARS FOR THE ORIGINAL FORMULA – 5 stars for the original formula Rosen skin repair zero for one that has perfume. I live in NZ and have been using the original for 30 years and haven't been able to get it lately at my supermarket or pharmacy. Please bring back the old formula without perfume ASAP nothing else comes close to it.

Rosken Skin Repair Dry Skin Cream - let's vote with our feet – I have us it for many years and am so disappointed. I suggest we vote with our feet and hopefully they will bring it back. Can anyone recommend another product we can all use that is as good or even better?

My rating is based on the Rosken Skin Repair old formula, new one doesn't seem as effective – I just found out that Rosken Skin Repair is no longer available in a jar and a tube that I normally buy when I travel. Why the change, if it ain't broken then keep it as such.

Rosken Skin Repair Dry Skin Cream – I just read on this website that Rosken Skin Repair Dry Skin Cream original formula has been discontinued, repackaged and replaced by another formula. I rate the original formula as 5 stars and have used it for 35 years. When did that happen? I am still using my stock from 2011 purchases since I picked it up in bulk which is still excellent as long as I store it in a cool area.

Why oh why? – I am a retired pharmacist and I and my family have used this product since ....I cannot even recall. I am astounded that you would meddle with the formula and add perfume of all things. If you needed another line, you didn't need to discontinue a proven product. If you need to rejuvenate its image, maybe give it a newly-designed container???

ordered 5 tubes of it. My son also loved it when he came from America and I gave him one. Both of us would like some more. Now I wanted to buy another big lot and found that you have changed the formula and added perfume!! Who thought of that, with perfume now men can't use it!! The old Rosken Skin Repair Dry Skin Cream (Dry to Extra Dry Skin) is the best – My left hand (i.e. palm and figures) dry up if I handle a lot of paper or cardboard and when I wash it with liquid soap or soap foam in the public toilets (hotels and shopping centres). All of the cracks would be healed when I wake up the next morning. All the different creams I have tried do not work like it. I am down to my last pump bottle of 375ml and tube of 75ml. Anthony

Please give us back the old formula – Please give us back the old formula.. I have used skin repair for over 30 years. I am allergic to perfumes and the new ones do not agree with me. I have tried many other brands since it was changed but nothing works like Skin Repair original. Trish

Old is best – I absolutely agree with the other reviews stating that the old formula was better. I have used Skin Repair since I was 16 years old (that's 40 years ago!) in the little tub container. Like Brooke, it took me awhile to realise that it had been discounted and then replaced with what seems to be a "lighter" inferior cream. Please go back to the original recipe - it was fantastic!!

Please bring back the old repair cream – Your skin repair cream was recommended by a Dermatologist thirty years ago and have used it in the pump pack ever since. Do not find the new one satisfactory - seems much greasier and miss the pump pack - Much more convenient. Just bought QV to try. Please being back the old version as it was excellent.
