Rovia Contoured Cervical Orthopedic

Zero star – I ordered the cervical pillow in June and until now I haven’t receive the item. I got charged for it, I contacted them several times and only got one reply that they will send another one stating the one that they sent was damaged. This was in October, until now no pillow and no reply! Show details
Never received pillow, but was charged – I ordered a pillow mid January. I followed up on the status 2 weeks after ordering. Customer service response emails were delayed and conflicting. One would say your item was shipped and another said it was out of stock. On 3/3/20, I finally disputed with my credit card. 5/15/20, my credit card company rejected as Rovia said product was delivered. To this day I still have not received this magical pillow. Not good business practice. Show details
Scam advertising – The pillow I received took 4 weeks shipped from China. It looks nothing like the advertised item in the sales video but does look like the above picture on this page. The pillow is small, hard, molded chemical-smelling sham. It was supposed to be standard pillow size but I would call it a travel size. After leaving to air for 2 weeks and… Read more
putting it in the dryer to air setting the smell is persisting and I believe it will be permanent due to whatever it was made from. Most likely toxic as there is no information shipped with the pillow, no tags, no material used information. I slept on it one night to give it a try and I really cannot tolerate the smell, It is not any better than the contoured pillow I have used for years. Definitely a money-making scam, Beware!
Not a Rovia TM pillow but a generic chemical smelling pillow from China – I was looking for an exact pillow that Rovia Health advertised. Unfortunately, the website is simply a drop shipping website and I bet the owners have never even seen this product. As the other reviews said, it is very hard but worse of all it smells so bad that the chemicals will give you a headache. I didn't bother using it and contacted the… Read more
seller for a refund. Well it turns out that I can return it for a refund but I have to ship it back to China from Canada. The cost of shipping would be the same as the cost of the product therefore why bother! Buyer beware!
False advertising | fake positive reviews – This pillow is not as advertised, it's hard as a rock and thinner than the $5 pillows you buy from KMART. I will be returning it, however judging by previous reviews looks like that's going to be a fun process :| Do not buy. Show details
Not as advertised – This is completely false advertising. On the website is said the pillow is very soft. It is not. It hurt my neck when i lied down on it. Very hard. not memory foam at all. Pillows comes from China and smells like chemicals. I agree with other post and everything they have said. I wish Facebook would monitor false reviews. This pillow now i see on ebay for $19.95 - same thing. Show details
Horrible pillow – This is , beyond words, the worst pillow i have purchased. Hard as a rock. The standard size is a childs pillow. Not suitable for adult. I think there are Fake Reviews on their website and FB page. I scrolled through some comments and people have said they were paid to leave positive review after they contacted company to complain. When i… Read more
commented on how awful the pillow was, on FB, i was blocked .
The refund policy is sketchy. Buyer to pay cost of shipping to return then they deduct that cost again from your refund. so in other words you get $0 back.
Paid $92 for pillow and knee pillow. Found the knee pillow at Aust post for $9.95. This company sell it for $40 AUD online.
