Best cleaner I have ever owned – This cleaner is by far the best cleaner I have ever had, it cleans the floors perfectly, is quiet and easy to use. I cant find one fault with it and would not hesitate to purchase it again. I do find purchasing bags difficult at times, but in light of how well the cleaner does its job I don't mind

disappointed – I regret buying this machine. The bags are very expensive, only available at harvey norman so hard to find and they fill up after about 4-5 uses. It does have handy head attachments but the turbobrush is useless, it lacks power and ends up hopelessly wrapped up in hairs (we are a long haired family!). Only plus is it has a long power cord. worst thing about this is its ridiculously unstable and hard to maneuver, it constantly flips upside down on carpet. Also the power button is a pain, unless you press it in a very specific spot the machine wont turn on. Overall very frustrating to use. Dont recommend.

Disappointing and expensive experience – Machine Ive had for about a month. Went to use it today and will not turn on. Machine did work fairly well however bags fill fast and are expensive. A lot of money to pay for a months use of a machine. Very disappointing. Waiting to see how Rowenta customer service is and will repost update.

Very good – We love this vacuum, it picks up everthing effectively and quietly. I hadn't heard of the brand, and was kind of sold it by Harvey Norman, but we haven't regreted it. It picks up dust we didn't know we had. Even when the floor seems clean you can still hear it picking up. The attachments click on and off easily. It's a pleasure to use. Quiet and gentle but effective Hard to get bags for it

Terrible Vacuum – Was duped into buying this Harvey Norman exclusive brand vaccuum late last year. The turbo head lacks power and the bags fill quickly and are expensive. I would recommend going for the meile or dyson. Rowenta is only sold exlusivly at H-N so they will push the sale of this one onto you!
