the hose it is very difficult to pull around the house. The body of the vacuum is great and light and the head of the vacuum is large and super easy to reach corners etc. The hose on this vacuum makes it a dud. The hose bends in all the wrong places is impossible if something too big is vacuumed and the machine cannot be pulled straight.
