Easy process – Have bought 6 pairs of white Brandi snow boots ($250 each but 30% off when you sign up = $175 each) for my teenage girls over the past 3mo bc I wasn't sure of sizing... we returned the ones that didn't fit. Roxy is very easy to deal with and the returns process is a cinch. Looked good for 4 wears - poor quality – I bought my daughter and onesie swimsuit and paid more than I normally would because I’d heard Roxy swimsuits were high quality. Initially it looked good but after 4 wears it was stretched out of shape, saggy and no longer wearable. When I contacted Roxy they argued it had obviously been worn more and would not refund or assist in any way. Will throw out but wouldn’t waste my money again. Show details
