They have been amazing! They have kept me up to date with the progress of my car repair each step of the way. Lilly who is the receptionist is very lovely and friendly to speak to. Keep up the amazing work.

Worst smash repair experience – No stars! Communication is terrible. Not only did it take 4 months to get my vehicle in for repairs, it is now 7 weeks since I took it in for a 3 week repair job... 4 weeks overdue!!! I'm still waiting... I've made 8 phone calls (2 in each of the 4 weeks the repair has been overdue) to RPM, following up on their advice that "your vehicle will be ready by _____ ", only to be told when I call after not hearing from them, that the completion date has changed because of "x" reason.

I'm sick of the absolute rubbish I keep being fed over the phone, which from their perspective, gets me off the phone for another few days (I get it, customers are annoying - even though without them you wouldn't have a business!), but from mine, this action just heightens my anger more and more each time.

Unprofessional, devoid of any empathy, lacking in integrity and just mean spirited... I only hope their panel beaters are better at their jobs than their frontline customer service staff are at theirs.

Tip: If the vehicle isn't ready when the customer calls, tell them EXACTLY why, outlining clearly when the work will be completed (not a huge ask), and for goodness sake, stop giving out completion dates like election promises that you have no right in making, or that you have no intention in sticking to!

Not good enough RPM!!!
