Just received the most gorgeous cat collar I have ever seen. Great quality, beautiful packaging.

shampoo isn’t any better either bright orange and still my dog is itchy and it stinks. The first picture is the colour of dog shampoo . For me it was a waste of money don’t buy.
We bought the Wee & Stain away. Waste of time and money as the dog kept on doing a wee on the same spot. No star for me but the system requires me to put 1 star in order to validate the review.
The toys don’t last for more than 2 minutes and I expected it to last longer but it just fell apart while my dog chewed it and swallowed some of the plastic.
Grooming a Stubborn Samoyed – Mia at Balgowlah is wonderful! She brushed and de-matted my samoyed Humphrey to perfection today and I'm told Humphrey kept his cool throughout his beautifying treatment. Superb groomers! Show reply
Avoid at all cost – If I could give it 0 stars I would! Rufus & coco itch relief shampoo stained my dog orange which the CEO claimed is purely cosmetic and not an issue at all as it caused no harm to my dog! Would avoid this product at all costs as it’s a known issue.
Mouldy product – Chew stopper spray came completely mouldy inside the bottle and pump. I just sprayed mould all over my wall where my puppy sleeps. Disgusting, no quality control. Customer service lady didn’t apologise until I suggested she did. Mortified.
Clean and chew dental toy – Bought this from Coles. Absolutely disgusting product. Within less than one hour all the bristles had come out, half of which had been swallowed. It is not cheap at $15.00 but I consider it dangerous for dogs. It’s just dangerous rubbish, don’t buy.
#reduceyourpawprint – Tried this out for an unwell hedgehog I’m fostering. Clumped well, absorbed odours, flushes easily, and safe for digging hoggy.
PURRfect Do Good Litter! – I've been using Do Good Clumping Cat Litter for a few weeks now and it's amazing with excellent clumping properties. It clumps really tightly making it easy to remove, long lasting and absorbs adours fast too. I don't flush my litter but it's safe to flush and good for the environment so a win, win for kitty and me!
Kitty Litter #reduceyourpawprint – Absolutely loved this litter for my two cats. Could use it for a good three weeks before any odours developed before we changed the litter completely. Clumped well and easily removed with a scoop, although I would recommend a smaller grated scoop to pick up the smaller particles. a mat next to the trays to avoid litter scatter. Other than that, it was a fantastic product and environmentally friendly, which was even better

the smells like it was advertised. Did I mention the clean up was a breeze? That's what shocked me the most, things have been great, I am definitely concerted & I am now excited to be exploring other Rufus&Coco products.
Rufus & Coco Junior Chew Toy – Looking for a dog chew toy ? Sorry this will disappoint your pocket and your dog. Lasted for 20 minutes until our Border Collie destroyed it. Did post on their FB page that Oden the Border Collie did not recommend this toy so in transparency they removed it ASAP.

Also I had some problems with my internet connection so she also helped me to buy the products that I needed. They seem like they actually care about their customers and our pets. Very friendly and useful.
This company – Rufus and Coco have been a wonderful company up until recently, IMHO. Recently, they changed how they made a litter pan product and many people complained including myself when the liners broke even when no stress was put upon them. There were many complaints on their facebook page about no one addressing their issues. People complained in June… Read more
and July and their complaints disappeared in August. 2 remain right now. I wrote a couple weeks ago and have not heard anything from them.
Your customer service person is your frontline person. They can make or break a company. I've done this job before and by this web person not addressing the complaints, they are making the problem that much worse.
The front of their webpage and facebook pages should read,
"Thank you so much to our loyal and avid customers to alerting us to the problem with the ripping
Litter Tray liners!! Our team is on this right now to get a resolution and we will replace all faulty products.
If you can't trust us to make a litter pan liner right, you can't trust us with anything!"
If I can't trust Rufus and Coco to respond to me about this awful product change then I can't trust them to do anything right again. :-(
