Received a beatiful rug for my hallway, but the rug has kinks in it. We waited 3 months hoping the kinks would sort themselves out as it is lying flat in the hallway. I have been advised to leave in the sun and hopefully the kinks will go. I am yet to try this. Just a reminder, if you get your rug from them and you find kinks, return within 7 days or they will not entertain your concerns.

Just received our 5m runner. Absolutely thrilled with it. Perfect colour and size. Very happy with Aramax Couriers, delivered safe and sound. Very well wrapped. WELL DONE RUGLOVE
Follow-up · Runner is at front door down the hallway so large amount of traffic. We have a no shoes rule st that helps the pile not getting pulled. I use a suction vacuum to clean not my roller stick vacuum. Very happy with it. May need to get some underlay to stop it moving on the wooden floor. Doesn't move to much, but keep it straight.

Great product, great busuness and quick delivery – Product: 100% quality, and did not disappoint at all. Ease of ordering: couldn't be any easier. Delivery: it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, but I did order just after New Years eve, so i completely understand. Cost: value for money, I did get asked after the initial payment for half of the shipping costs (vic to qld) and I was happy that they were meeting me half way. Summary: if you want a quality rug at a great price, then this is the place to shop.

Beware: will not ship or delivery free. Scammer – Purchase rug online, beware state it will take 5-8 business days to process order. Then if question delivery they pass you off to a courier that literally does not exists.
