Purchased a soft rug that started shedding after the first wash. When we sent an email, the company responded with that's how the rug is made. It's supposed to be machine washable but they did not make it clear in the description that it will shed.
Rug looked nothing like photo of advertised one. Creases all over and very thin. Enquiries to return made it easier to donate to charity - courier fees , restocking fees and conditions on return made it too hard.
Rug faded and discoloured in less then 4 weeks – Purchased a large $699 black rug for our living room. The rug started fading and discoloring (started going from black to brown) around two weeks. First contacted seller one month after purchase. Seller refused replacement or refund and told me to draw the curtains in my living room. The rug is clearly not suitable for a light filled room.
