Rural Butcher Supplies Professional Rolling Sharpener

I brought this to restore some vegetable and carving knives, very blunt after 20 years of poor use of another sharpener. The rolling sharpener gave an even edge with a bit of work using a coarse grit stone. Swapping in a finer grade stone brought this not quite to razor sharp but pretty damn good. I need to spend some time to do this well on the other knives.

It was foolproof to set up, just slap the blade onto the angled magnetic block, and then start rolling back and forth along one edge. Turn it around after a bunch of strokes and do the other side. Straight blades are dead easy, curved blades are tricky.
