leaks – The water storage tank leaks water. We have found that the tank should not be removed to fill it with water as this disturbs the seal between the tank and the unit, causing it to leak. A new seal may solve the problem but we have so far been unable to find a replacement. OK have since found that I can solve the leak by wiping the seal surface and the contact surface with a soft cloth. Problem solved! Fast. Three mugs of coffee in about 10 minutes Does not keep the coffee very hot
