RustOleum 3.78L Sunset Decorative Concrete Coating
Very good coating for the bare concrete surface. I liked the finish even though it came a bit diff to the picture on the can, black and white minute pebbles effect shown on the picture is a bit misleading. However, finish is pretty crisp and non-flaky. Comes in few colours.
I used the rustOleum special roller that is recommend. Coverage is 5.6m2 Per can not litre as on Bunnings website. It's better to get it machine mixed as it's a thick compound. Try to get all the cans required for the job from one batch as colour can be a slightly off in...different batches. Some suggested using a brush to achieve larger coverage but I feel roller has a better finish. For trims and edges you have to use brush anyway. You have to be sure that there would be no rain in the next 48 hours.
Questions & Answers
Hi Nabeel Aziz we are looking at this product as well as white knight untrapave. I have seen a really bad review of the Rustoleum on YouTube but it could be how it was applied. He was able to lift it off with a screwdriver. We poured a concrete slab a few weeks ago and I did want to put a Stylepave overlay on it until I got the quote! When you say the pebble effect on the can is misleading can you explain? That is what is attracting me to it in the first place. A year on would you recommend this product. Do you have any photos you could post. The 2nd picture above does not open.
Hi. I saw that video too but I can assure you nothing such has happened with my application. after one year and a lot of rain on it. it still going tough and no cracking and peeling off. I am abroad at the moment hence cannot attach a new photo. This is a quality product and I am very happy with it.
