what was advertised and what was delivered was different, I chose to accept this. I requested a refund on the item I could return but they would only agree on an exchange for another item which I did not want. The quality of the fabric was not impressive, disappointed the only offer was an exchange despite consumer laws would beg different, these people were not interested in engaging any outcome. With more research I have learnt that they provide influencers discounts and freebies to advertise their products, so its really hard to read whether you are getting a genuinely good item or the advertiser coached for their gain of freebie offers. We are unimpressed at the ethical conduct given we have been in the gym industry training for near 30 years, not a product we will be going anywhere near in the future. Be mindful of your purchases as this company does not support any conversation for return or exchange except a song on their policy which does not stand any merit if challenged.
