Great, until the appliance develops a fault – Bought Euromaid 9Kg washing machine a month ago. Delivery driver was careless with install and suspect the control panel was damaged during unpackaging. Took several weeks and numerous calls to get approval for an engineer to visit, 3 weeks later still waiting. Since control panel problem machine now fails to spin. to use it .We are extremely happy with the new upgrade EURO Stove . It's one well hob and aluminium burners make it a breeze to keep clean. The non -slip cast-iron trivets are wonderful for us oldies. While recently , the fan forced gas oven, cooked our farewell lasangue for my brother going everseas , to perfection in one hour . got a sacktruck and wheeled the machine across the room to a powerplug and turned it on so we could actually see the electronic lights come on and off – important for our visually impaired purchaser so she could judge the visibility of the colours. He cheerfully did this for the two machines we requested. He also took time to ensure that the controls were convenient for, and understood by, the purchaser.

Then we needed delivery, so he made a phone call and delivery, plus installation and removal of old machine, was organised for about an hour and a half after we bought the machine. Amazing! And cheaper than previous quotes from other businesses for just delivery and installation. The delivery bloke was also friendly and competent too. Of course.

Result: one very happy customer, two impressed helpers!

I’d certainly go there first if I’m ever looking for an electrical appliance. Great service, great prices. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Happy with my Appliance Pack and kitchen sink – Really happy with the Baumatic appliances I purchased, everything cooks well, dishwasher is the best I have had, and they are cheaper than online stores for almost everything I purchased. The sales staff were really helpful in organizing the right appliances for the kitchen!

Pleased with my new oven purchase! – Very happy with my new Euro oven, service was good, no complaints, the salesperson was helpful in making sure it would fit my existing area.. They ended up selling me a whole new set of appliances that fit exactly into the existing areas that the builder of the house put in before!

Dishwasher delivered next day as promised was kept informed as to what was being delivered on day and then courier sent text to say item had been delivered and garage locked. Decent store with lots of choice! – Went late last year to purchase some cooking appliances. I find it worth travelling and going in store to see what you are getting after a bad experience with online about pricing. They had the price on the unit, it was what I wanted to pay and I was able to take my new stove home! Workers were nice, quickly explained how to use it and had a good experience of old fashion ace to face customer service too! Family owned and operated

Definitely worth a look – Went into the store and wham! Lots of ovens, cooktops, rangehoods, dishwashers - the whole lot of a new kitchen! Adelaide's huge cooking appliance discounter! – This family owned and operated (as I just found out) company is situated on O.G Road, at Klemzig South Australia and have been at this location for about 5 - 6 years. to just sell you an appliance, they seem to ask you how you cook and what you need and then work out the best appliance to do the job for a good price which is great because these days many people don't know what to buy.

I recently purchased a european Baumatic cooking package for only $1099 which included a fan forced oven, electric cook top and twin motor range hood which is excellent saving me about $300. all of the appliances were in stock and were taken that day which is an excellent experience rather than waiting weeks for items to arrive.

Compared to online they are at most times a little bit cheaper with the cooking appliances so I know I'm generally getting a great deal when I have looked at dishwashers and other ovens.

Overall a very happy experience for a warehouse where customer service is awesome, the people know how to treat a customer and ask you a bit to make sure what they are selling you is suitable for you. Good pricing and knowledge of cooking appliances.
