It doesn't go all the way past the cleaning bar, if your water is full enough is cleans all the way to the top. And to get it to go flat again after washing you just push it on the floor and it flips flat to mop

All l wanted to know is can l use eucalyptus oil in the water or will it affect the microfibre mop.

Hi Steve, no it will not affect the bucket. Sorry, It looked like you wanted advice on the effectiveness of the oil and that something we can't comment on. Hope that helps

I don’t know about it helping with stopping the infection but I put a few drops in the water and it works wonders on my tiled floors

Can I confirm which product you're reviewing as this has come up with a bucket (not with a mop) but I assume you mean the Rinse n' Wring by your description? If so, this is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have and we can certainly look at processing a warranty and getting you a replacement. Yes Rinse n' Wring As I said, threw it out as I found it impossible to use. Not asking for anything as this was back when it first came out.

Likewise. I found it too flimsy and hard to use. It tipped over the second time I tried it and water went everywhere. I am thinking of taking it back to Bunnings and asking them to send it back to sabco. Don’t expect to get refund but think they need to rework the product.

This would've been covered under warranty and is certainly not the experience customers are having with this product based on feedback. I wrote a review/complaint when I purchased mine as had same problem . Very disappointing buy and not to your usual standard.

Jane, I gave up on this bucket long ago and went back to a 'plain'one. From memory, it developed a hole earlier than I though it should as well.
