Terrible product! Do not buy!!!!!! – I used this product today and it is terrible!!!! It can't handle water pressure and things start popping out. Even if you tighten it, the end that connects to the hose will pop out. The brush keeps spinning and unscrewing itself. This is a complete waste of money.
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse for $34.95.
Hi, the rubber ring is there. It also doesn't solve the problem of the brush that keeps unscrewing itself. The best thing you can do is feed this back to your company and stop selling this product. It's terrible and does not deliver what its supposed to. I can see someone else had the same experience... so it's not just me.
I totally understand the product should not be like that. However, I can assure you not all of them are like this. If you like I'm happy to send you a full replacement. If you want that just send me your address and full name and ill have one sent out. Cheers and sorry for the faulty product.
Biggest waste of money ever! – I purchased this Sabco product from Bunnings yesterday and today tried to use it to wash under the roof of my colourbond awning. What a waste of money and time this product was. NOT HAPPY! Yes it is soft bristled and when it works yes it cleans, yes it does have an extendable handle which is what I needed, yes it does attach to the hose. BUT, the hose sprays everywhere when the brush is turned to the off position (at least I had a shower) However the brush itself would not stay put! It would twist and turn and fall off! I spent more time putting the brush back on and turning the hose on and off then I did cleaning. Needless to say the roof is still dirty and I have wasted $34.95. I would return it to Bunnings but stupid me threw out the receipt. What really topped the day off was when my neighbour said he had the same problem with the one he brought, but his was a lot cheaper. Sabco, I really hope you look at your designs a little more closely. It will be a long time before I trust any of your products again.
Good Afternoon Bruce, I'm so sorry to hear this had happened and it's certainly not what we expect from our products. This is certainly unusual for this product, and the first I've heard of it happening. We appreciate all the feedback we receive to ensure the quality and the need of our customers. I've spoken with the product manager and he informs me that there are two reasons as to why water would still be spraying everywhere even when the brush is turned off. There are two sections if they're not screwed in tight it will leak. These sections are the part the clicks into the hose and the adaptor with the on / off switch. If you could please check that the two parts are screwed in properly, that would be great. If this doesn't work this means the bearing in the adaptor is faulty and we will be more than happy to send you a replacement. I look forward to hearing how you go. Kind Regards
Believe me we checked to make sure all was tight. The whole product is flawed not just the bearing. Did your manager say why the brush head wouldn't stay put?

Hi, I am so sorry you had to deal with this and understand your disappointment. I assume that there is a rubber ring that may not have been installed properly or is missing and this being the reason that it keeps coming off. If you like I can send you a replacement part so that it no longer pops off the hose fitting. If you can send a picture to confirm this that would be amazing and I can have one sent. Cheers
