How do you empty the water from the bucket after you have finished using it?
I just upend it in the laundry tub, the same as a normal bucket. Or you can take the top off to empty it. See how it's done starting at the 20 second mark in this video. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GoQS5NTguV8
Hi E.Smith and Kat,
Kat is correct its just a matter of removing the bucket lid to empty the water.
Please feel free to contact me if you need any other assistance Ask.Sabco@sabco.com.au

Anyone know where I can get the new and improved version of the Sabco Rinse and Ring Mop SAB37069?Read they had redesigned the swivel with a more durable component. My local Bunnings only have the faulty version.

Hi I’ve just read the feedback from customers and I too had the same problem with the plastic connection bwumop and handle. Was so disappointed as up till the time it broke I thought I’d found my forever mop. Didn’t realise it comes with a 2 year warranty. Bought mine last year from Bunnings. Did go back but couldn’t see any in stock. Thought they must not stock it anymore. How can I get my replacement? Through you directly? Thank you
Hi Treena,
I am really sorry to hear about that, that's not the experience we want you to have with our products. Can you please send me an email at social@sabco.com.au with a picture of the issue and a screenshot of this conversation?
Thank you
Yep I sure will.
