Makes the kids cry. Super uncomfortable – This seat has next to no padding and both kids have tried it and complain that their back hurts, especially when travelling over bumps. We cant travel for more than 10 minutes without the kids complaining. Was forced to add my own padding. I would not recommend it. I have brought two.

Trufix no longer available - what a joke – Have been trying to purchase this seat and have been advised that Britax has ceased production. How sadly predictable. After a number of years under the new Australian Standards (or are they industry protection standards?), it appears that there is now not a single rigid isofix model on the Australian market! Britax's advice was that the seat… Read more

had low sales. This is hardly surprising when only one shop assistant I have encountered over the past 12 weeks (and zero last time I was in the market a year or so back) has ever heard of rigid isofix seats!

Very disappointing that Britax would choose to remove this seat, which has achieved such high safety and ease of use ratings vs their's and their competitor's non-rigid isofix models.

Fantastic seat – One for the isofix purist! So easy to install, literally 2 clicks and you're away with no second guessing or acts of contortion involved on the install. Britax don't really mention the isofix pivot link system but it's a brilliant feat of engineering and industrial design... Bubb seems happy in this seat, doesn't get too hot and sleeps well on … Read more ·  1

longer journey's comfortably reclined. Cleaning is easy, just pop the cover off and throw it in the wash, no need to remove the seat. The only thing that could be improved is more padding/protection around the head area, otherwise it's well constructed, safe seat.

Once you go isofix you'll never go back.

Best car seat – Fantastic car seat so easy to install and uninstall in just minutes. Isofix connectors are not only easier and quicker but more reliable than the seatbelt method as our previous model would always become either loose or unplugged. Very lightweight. We have two but we only really need the one as it really is just that easy to move between the cars.  Show reply

Best Forward facing car seat in Australia – This thing is a breeze to install in the car. It works perfectly, unlike a lot of the other seat belt and Latch systems. Honestly, the best seat in Australia and I cannot recommend it more. The seat is so easy to install and just works. It is also very safe.

Best car seat ever – Well worth every cent, don't' trick yourself that it's not that hard to install a car seat or that you just have to get RACQ to do it (until you need to remove the seat to change the shoulder straps - which you also wouldn't have had to do if you bought this seat). This car seat is the best we've ever had over the last 12 years - bought one, and are now saving to replace the grandparents and the second car.

Isofix is a quantum leap in carseat design and fittment – This is by far the easiest to install and best designed car seat I have ever used. isofix just locks into the seat and is rock solid. No more struggling with seat belts and putting your body weight on the seat to strap the seat down (and still finding it moves about). I know it costs more but it is well worth every cent. I never write reviews but felt compelled to write this one. Absolutely amazing product. Finally isofix is in oz.
