Don't Waste Your Money! – I really hate this potty. The cushy seat is just a giant pee and water sponge. With a girl I'm sure it wouldn't be so bad, but with a boy that sprays forwards when they pee it saturates the bottom of the seat and it just soaks it all up into the foam. You can't get it clean and it stinks after a very very short amount of time (within a week of use). Also, when you go to clean it it just soaks up all the soap and water and tends to foam if you squeeze it and then their little bum gets wet the next time they use it because it's full of water and pee. The spray guard I have found works fine for boys once they get the hang of pointing themselves down when they sit on it, but the blue coating on the seat comes off after a while and you end up picking it off them if they happen to lean against it. The foam also splits and breaks after a short amount of time (especially with trying to get it clean) and it also started to go mouldy within a very short amount of time because it's impossible to get all the water out of it. It's is impractical and not very durable at all.

The rest of the potty is easy to clean and easy to store, but the cushy seat makes it a piece of rubbish after a very short amount of time. We've had to buy a whole new potty just because it stinks so much now and I'm sure it's not very hygienic either. I don't recommend it, at all. If the cushy seat has a better coating on it so that it didn't absorb all the water and pee it would be a much better product.

I also wrote to Safety 1st to make a complaint and get my money back and was basically told that they "would look into it" and fobbed me off by sending me some dusty products that were probably sitting on a shelf somewhere for several years. I wasn't impressed at all with their product or their customer service.

foam seat soaks up pee and water, foam seat is impossible to get clean and then dry, coating comes off onto their skin, foam split after a short amount of time, becomes a biohazard within less than a week of daily use, grew mould because it was impossible to clean

Not much use for us – I brought this comfy cushy 3 in 1 to toilet train my little girl. The seat is really soft and the seat is at the right height to go to the toilet. However my daughter really didn't like it or use it that much. I now train my daughter with a different method. She would rather seat on a normal toilet seat but I use a small toilet training seat that seats ontop of the toilet. The comfy cushy does come in handy because she uses it to step on and off the toilet seat and to watch her hands in the sink. Comfy cushie We didn't use it much for toilet training

Terrible – without the reversible seat it is useless...and i can not find a replacement part.....i would not buy it again...and feel that it was a waste of money..as i will have to buy another potty good for sitting on a bit higher of the ground than the basic potty..stable .. and a lid.. a nice potty a really big con against this potty...that renders it useless...is that after a while the cushy spongy seat (about 4 or 5 months of intermitent use for our potty ) starts to soak up the wee.. there is really no way to clean it... and the potty is useless without it.. the safety first website wants to know the ins and outs of a ducks bum.. just to get a bit of information on a replacement seat...and spits your request back at you if you don't enter the 50 million details they want... and there is no contact that i can find for safety first in australia..
