Item not delivered and no response from business – Terrible service. Placed an order on 4/6/24 and their website says orders are dispatched 2-4 working days after orders are placed and you will be sent a tracking number but I'm still waiting. Tried emailing and received no response, lodged a complaint and have advised I will be reporting to the ombudsman if not resolved by close of next business day. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so I can request a refund through them. Doesn't seem to be a reputable store.

Waste of time, use paypal or just avoid – I ordered the Metabo 1200W All-Purpose Class H Vacuum Cleaner ASA 30 H PC which I found they had on special from $1000 down to $799. Great price I thought, 2+ weeks went by with no update on dispatch. I emailed them asking for an update or an eta on my purchase but was ignored. I tried calling but no one would pick up the phone. I used PayPal and they contacted Safety HQ which replied to me giving a lame excuse that they were on a recruitment drive to address the staff shortages they were having and they would send my item by the middle of the following week - well guess what ? Nothing happened so paypal has refunded my money in full.

If you want to deal with this business use PayPal for that extra layer of protection and good luck !
