complete lack of it. It’s frustrating to spend your money with a company that has no interest in resolving even a simple issue.

Based on this experience, I won’t be purchasing from them again and if I had known this is how customer concerns are handled, I would have chosen to shop elsewhere in the first place and advise others to not waste their time too.

Lovely customer service. I called up to enquire about purchasing a pump to match a 1litre bottle of conditioner and the person I spoke with was super friendly, helpful, efficient and nothing was a problem. The product I was hunting seemed to be sold out but Salon Shop had this product. Most reviews I found were fairly old and fairly ordinary but I have been more than happy with the service. The product was well priced. Purchase emails were quick with delivery within a week. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use Salon Shop again. They even threw in 4 samples for my hair type. Show details

Hair in my new purchase – Opening the box I noticed the clippers and a few accessories were not inside their sealed packaging, then I noticed short hairs in the clipper blades which was a substantial amount after using the brush to get it all out. Show details

Terrible! – The photos they have on their website were of 1 ltr bottles of shampoo and conditioner. HUGE pictures along side the description blurb. So that's what I ordered...or so I thought. bottom (I mean really, who needs to read more in depth information about shampoo and conditioner??) What's worse is they don't even stock the 1 ltr bottles in that brand. So disappointed with the whole thing and the customer service guy was like "well it was an error... sorry, what do you want me to do"??. I want you to not have a bad attitude, that's what. Wont be ordering from them ever again.

why would you provide a customer with half the cost of an item that didn't arrive wouldn't you provide a full refund. I am talking about a brush worth under $25. When I replied and said forget the refund and I suggested i was being accussed of being dishonest they denied it. Unbelievable. Pretty sure I did not receive any refund at all in the end. So I paid for an item i didn't receive hmmmm now that is a Consumer Affair isuse if ever there was one. Truth is i cannot be bothered, I simply I wont order from the company again. Dozens of companies sell the same products so it really isn't my loss.

receiving my order . I called them to get my refund so I could order from another warehouse which is responsible at least they told they will following up my parcel and will contact me . After 3 days no call , I called them couple of times and no one picked up the phone so I left massage for them to call me . Nothing happened. I emailed them ,unfortunately no response. Please people don't waste your money and time on their scam site. Very angry with poor service .

to their word the parcel arrived in the 2 days. So in future I will give the manufacturer a big miss and purchase from Salonshop because of their excellent service.
