straight to voicemail (which I’ve left messages), texted them and emailed them; and I’ve got no response. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought from them. Please don’t be like me and other people who ordered from them.
Scam website – This site has closed, however if they do repoen, be aware. Order placed, shipping notification given but not sent. Was fortunate to receive my money back through my bank. Do not recommend and be advised they had been running under other business names, so be wary of other sites and check for reviews for piece of mind.

Scam Company – Same experience as everyone below - purchased a product that never came. No response from company and phone just goes to automated message. I disputed my purchase through PayPal and received a refund - do not buy from this company. I reported the company to the ACCC, please do this if you have dealt with the same issue so it can hopefully be investigated.
Delivery took 7weeks – Horrible customer service, no one answers phone & delivery wasn’t sent until I raised a review with PayPal which took 7 weeks. Don’t trust them.
Don't buy from them – Ordered the shampoo back 4 weeks ago. After several phone calls (where no one answers the phone, messages & emails), that shampoo arrived and it looks like they have packaged it themselves. Scam, Scam, Scam – This Company uses multiple names but use the same tactic with them all. They give you a tracking number but the product is never delivered to Australia Post. surprise, they have now issued another tracking number. We are not optimistic our product will arrive this time either. Do not buy from this Company or its associates and always read the reviews. We will not make this mistake again.

On June 14, 2023, despite receiving a shipping confirmation, the Australia Post tracking information showed that the package was never collected. I made multiple attempts to communicate with the company, requesting an investigation and a refund, but received neither the product nor the refund. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to resolve the issue has led me to escalate this matter.
Recovering Funds through PayPal:
If you paid via PayPal, consider opening a dispute through PayPal's Resolution Center. Provide all relevant details and evidence of the issue. PayPal typically investigates and may assist in recovering funds.
Recovering Funds through Credit Card Company:
If you paid with a credit card, contact your credit card provider to initiate a chargeback. Explain the situation, provide supporting documentation, and follow their dispute resolution process.
Help Protect Others by Reporting the Company to ACCC:
In Australia, reporting the company to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) can help protect others:

get any meaningful communication about my "missing" order from this Outfit - assuming it was even sent in the first place. Firstly, the only way to contact them is via their online website that was initially unresponsive & the email address provided on the site bounced back (I got the dreaded Mailer-Daemon). After several days and multiple attempts to contact them, I finally received a response from "[Name Removed]" saying in a one-liner that they will escalate my concern with Australia Post. NB: The tracking number they had sent me with the order confirmation was useless and can not be tracked. They are not forthcoming with any solution to supply my product or a refund and I feel like I have been ripped-off. I would strongly recommend you keep away from ordering anything from the bunch of sites that I have listed here.
