Buy from this site at your peril – They state 6 year warranty, but if you try to claim first Steve ignores your email, doesn’t answer phone and when you finally get him months later asks you for all the same information again, then fobs you off to the manufacturer, who then conveniently blames your chlorinator which is working fine as tested with neighbours cell, the cell failed… Read more

after 13 months. As we got nowhere with this company, we purchased from another supplier and all is now working fine. Was happy to purchase another cell with a discount but clearly this guy doesn’t understand customer service.
