Causes Ear Irritation and Allergic Reaction – The materials used in the Galaxy Buds2 Pro have caused me ear irritation and an adverse allergic reaction, when left untreated can lead to infection. I have contacted Samsung Customer care regarding this issue, and they have refused to help or provide a refund on my purchase. This is disappointing behavior from what is supposed to be a flagship company.
Bad battery life – Buds have defective batteries fail to recharge soon after purchase hoped it was a fluke bought another pair same thing on first day of use left bud died after only 15 minutes sad so many of us can't get a refund can we class action suit

expensive failure – I had read that the buds didn't stay in and that is right. The earbuds fall out without any extra effort. I lost one on a walk. A VERY expensive trip that was. Never will I buy buds again Show details

Not bad – I bought the Galaxy Buds as a replacement for my AirPods as I've switched to a Samsung phone. While I had a few issues initially (left bud wasn't connected and the buds weren't charging in the case), a quick call to Samsung tech support fixed these teething issues, and I could get on with enjoying these headphones. The Galaxy Buds don't produce… Read more · 1
exceptional sound out of the box; you'll need to configure them in the wearable app to really get your money's worth. I changed the settings to 'bass' and was far more impressed with the sound the buds produced then when I took them out of the box initially.
The addition of a wireless charging case is definitely convenient (AirPods users only get the wired charging case for $249). I have a dual wireless charging pad, so I place both my phone and buds down on the mat before I go to bed.
I like how Samsung includes different sized wing tips in the box, as I always have trouble with getting headphones to fit, so I need the wing tips to ensure the buds stay in my ears securely. One thing to be aware of however is your ears can become sore, as the wing tips are secured tightly.
I like how the battery percentage of the buds is displayed when you open the case next to your phone, however I'd like to see the battery percentage of the case also as I never know how much charge I have left.
The next level in smart wireless – As a professional engineer and card carrying Samsung tech nut I bought these, and they have surpassed even my expectations. The way they connect as soon as you pull them out of the case, the way they easily switch between sources, their ease of use, and the sound quality (especially on phone calls) is very good. Comfort is surprisingly good too,… Read more · 1
my ears don't tire of them at all. Charging seems sorted with roughly two buds charges from one case charge. The Samsung software is extremely well sorted and easy to use. I can't agree with anyone who says they lack volume - more than likely people who poorly fitted them to their ears. There is no active noise reduction in these, nor any storage, but this doesn't subtract from performance. They are flexible with three sizes of ear cups and ear wings supplied. I've used mine with my smartphone, my tablet PC, and my regular PC so far with zero issues. Final thought - I bought the yellow ones so I can't lose them haha, and I look forward to trying them at the gym. Great job Samsung, yet again.
Best Quality Earbuds in the market, perfect for Samsung phones – I have bought these as a gift to my wife and she loves them. First of all, the earbuds are of great quality. Sound quality, call quality and background noise cancellation is excellent. They fit perfectly in the ears and do not fall off easily. We used them for jogging and found them good. These are multipurpose for us because my wife listens to… Read more
music a lot and also useful for attending phone calls. You only have to pair them to your phone once. From next time, they get automatically paired to the phone as soon as you take them out of the case. They have good range, we have a large 2 Bedroom unit, so we can roam around leaving phone at one place. They give a decent 6 hour charge which I have found to be the best in the market. Both the earbuds have built-in mic, so while talking to the family, we use one earbud each and it simulates a conference call. They are other cheaper brands in the market but these are worth the price for their quality and utility. I highly recommend them.

Good quality earbuds for androd – A little over my budget but the overall quality is good. No defects with the product. Sound quality is good as well. Perfect for taking calls and listening to music. Show details
Solid and affordable – Not sure exactly which model I have - they're from a couple of years ago. I'm only writing this review because yesterday I accidentally put them through the washing machine in one of my pockets and they came back out, charged up and still work!! AMAZING!! So since I'm deeply impressed by that fact and thought it should be shared I'm writing an… Read more
entire review: sound is good and clear, although I'd prefer if the volume could go one rating lower. Good for sitting around in an office and listening, decent range so I could get to the kitchen area and make tea while still connected. Some issues staying in my ear during vigorous exercise and gardening but those are minor issues on comparison to what I consider the single greatest feature of this (and any) electronic device - machine washable! Although you probably shouldn't' do it on purpose and I'm guessing there's a point at which it ceases to be true...
Great headphones – Easy to connect, great sound quality, great for making calls. Comfortable to use. Charging is quick and battery life is good. Charging case is also really handy. Price down to $150, bargin. Great product Show details

Won't buy again – Purchased November 2019, worked okay for almost two years. Had to have the volume on highest possible if there was any background noise. Hopeless on a plane as I couldn't hear a show or music with the engine noise. This week right bud won't charge tried all of the suggested fixes but nothing works, looks to be a common problem. support recommended trying another Galaxy Buds cradle to charge both buds, did this with my husbands cradle still didn't work. Warranty was only 12 months so I will be throwing them in the bin. For $200 I expected more, I will not buy Galaxy Buds again.
Do not buy Galaxy Bud Pro/SM-R190 Earbuds!! – These earbuds DO NOT stay in your ears. They tout them as being wingless and that they'll stay in your ears - but they don't. You constantly feel the need to push them back in & as you do so, your music stops or you hang up on the person you were talking to. They're not worth the $300+ that Samsung charge you Show details
Don't Buy – I've been using these earbuds with my MacBook. I find these earphones very unsuitable. The earbuds will constantly pause what I'm listening to. Sounds is good but it doesn't make up for the constant disconnection issues. Whenever adjusting the earphones they disconnect. There's no clear way to pause, play and turn up the volume. I understand that… Read more
the earbuds are not exactly for Apple users. However, they aren't usable and I doubt whether it's just an Apple issue.

Very uncomfortable to wear – Unfortunately I find these very uncomfortable to wear. The sounds good but not amazing. Noise cancellation doesnt seem to work. I'm pretty disappointed with this purchase and wish I spent the money on the Buds+ instead Show details

Appalling function – From day one, everyone I spoke to using these buds said I sounded like I was underwater. They can't be sent for repairs as the serial has worn off the case - keep the box!!!! Optus (place of purchase) can't help as they don't record the serial number on the invoice. Samsung can't help without a serial number - Not Happy Jan Show details
Terrible product and even worse service. Do not buy these buds – I loved these buds but after a while one ear's volume wouldn't go up, so returned them lucky the place I purchased them were really good about it and replaced them. difficult and ended up returning both pairs unrepairable even though they were was under warranty, and basically said tough luck there nothing they can do even under warranty.
Nice and simple – Normally have a hard time finding earbids that are comfortable and fit my ears well. These sit nicely and don't fall out. Nosie is nice and clear, they pair easily enough Show details
In for repair yet again – I received these as a redemption with a new phone. They have been very underwhelming. I have had them repaired twice and I'm trying to get them repaired for the 3rd time. The sound quality is average at best but most of the time the sound levels are different in each level, I have tried using them in different phones and had the same problems. For… Read more
the retail price I would expect them to be much higher quality. Samsung repair portal is very buggy and frustrating. I have spent way to much time trying to get the head phones repaired. I have a lot of Samsung products that are good but these are terrible. As is the repair portal!
Bass...How low can you go? – Not far enough apparently. Even with the Samsung app cranked up to "11" for bass boost, and Dolby Atmos in effect, sound is gutless, thin and tinny. Also volume is weak and needs to be pushed well into the red. I was expecting more from something in this price range. Comparing them to my old 2013 Jaybird X and my $49 Awei cheapies. outperformed in sound quality, bass, and volume. Disappointed. Wanted to love these but can't when the thing you want most from headphones, has been sacrificed for sexy good looks and ergonomic design it's time to look elsewhere unfortunately.

Great Buds – Battery life can be batter, so far no issues with this. Purchased in September from JB HIFI. Noise cancelling works great. Wireless charging case is so hand. Provided with extra ear tips as well. Show details · 1
Save your money and don't buy the Samsung galaxy ear buds – constantly updating. If you don't update it won't let you use them.had I known I wouldn't of bought them. Always struggling to connect between earbuds and car radio. Every now and then you need to disconnect and reconnect as the audio is awful. Stick to another brand or normal headphones. Show details

100% Better than AIRPODS – Amazing battery. Amazing Audio. Amazing connectivity. They sync with my A70 and my Apple mac book instantly depending on what i decide. The WEAR app is great too with the features that you can customise. VERY HAPPY. Show details · 1
Worst ever. For free with my tablet and I'm still annoyed – Fall from ear easily You have to keep adjusting them, you touch and controls ger activated They fall and get disconnected You take one out and they get disconnected Microphone is a joke, either your in a silent place or no one can understand you (you are much better off using speaker phone in that situation). Really bad at holding a steady connection to a Samsung Smartwatch – These were so bad, i kept them for less than a day. I bought them to wear during my morning jog and connect them to my Samsung Gear Active2 smartwatch so that I wouldn't have to take my phone. from). As far as connection to a phone, they worked fine but that defeats the purpose of why I bought them in the first place. My watch wasn't the problem, as they currently work with every other bluetooth headset I have connected except for the Galaxy Buds, which I found a little confusing. Surely Samsung products would talk to each other better than other products. When they did work, the sound quality wasn't great, nor the volume. Would not buy again. Skeptical about any future Samsung products from now on.

Good sound and battery life – I have never owned bluetooth headphones before and these work better than I expected. Much better than getting the cord of the headphones caught on something. The quality seems very high and the charging from the case is fantastic. Show reply
The penultimate in sound quality – After purchasing a samsung s10 and find finding it to be an extremely crappy product I threw more of my money in the toilet and bought the buds +. Penultimate, second to last in quality. The sound is crappy and distorted. It skips like you've just bumped into a record player. They have poor connectivity when my phone is on me and were not user friendly to set up. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything samsung I sure as hell won't be again. Show details

Excellent earbud with a better price – This is easy to use earbuds with crystal clear sound and voice. And, it can connect to my Samsung TV as well. The battery life is good as well. Reliable quality with a reasonable price (compare to other top brands) Show details
Excellent – I use my buds to listen to audiobooks and various music whilst I’m out on the road. The sound quality and volume they have is excellent other cheaper brands can’t compare, I’m glad I purchased them. I havnt had an issue with them dropping out of range which is also an upside. The fact I can use just one bud at a time comes in handy as well and I love it has that option. Even thought they’re a little on the pricey side I’m glad I took the plunge. Show details · 1
I have finally said goodbye to wired headphones – This came free from a recent Samsung purchase and I can see that this headphone is fine. However it's not exemplary. The bass is fine, makes listening to music quite a good experience. One thing though is this has a terrible microphone, I think it is not audible that i had to use a different microphone. Ok for music but no good for calls – I received these for free as part of the Samsung promotion last year. Glad I didn't pay for them. Audio not great – I got it for free with my Samsung purchase. It sits nicely in the ears. You can easier run or work out with them in the ears and they stay put. So that's a major plus point. You have the option of selecting ambient sound to always be aware of your surrounding. You can touch the bud to pause or skip music and pick up calls. However audio quality is poor. Sometimes when taking calls, I have had complains where the call sounds echoey. Show details

Samsung Galaxy Ear Buds – I purchased the Samsung Galaxy ear buds using Telstra plus rewards (partially). I had previously brought cheaper wireless buds on eBay but they fell out of my ear. was announced (from my contacts); a quick tap on the bud and I took the call.
I have run, walked and sat with these buds in and they to stay in place. They pair easily with the Samsung Note 8 but the volume has to be to full on the phone. I found by using the best fitting 'ear tip' (a small ergonomically designed rubber band designed to fit around the bud), external noise is reduced but not omitted. For safety reasons, this suits me! The range seems quite short, I would estimate 10 metres depending on the line of sight.

Volume is too low and they are activated unnecessarily and unknowingly which kills battery life – Aesthetically these seem to be an improvement on many of the other offerings, however the actual sound volume is far too low and the headphones often activate by themselves which kills the battery so that it is dead when you want to use it. Have thoroughly read the instructions and online tutorials and these issues do not relate to anything that I am doing with the device. Show details
