very average and wont run notifications – Been putting up with this phone for a while now but very unhappy,Yes has a good camera BUT fingerprint and facial recognition work but very clunky and slow,facial has improved a bit with time but fingerprint has to have very precise placement to work worst feature is notifications can not get notifications to work (most important for me ebay or Swann security sytem) tried every setting I can think of and restarted phone multiple times but can not get audible notifications to work for these apps and my old iphone 11 never failed and facial recognition was excellent Came Back to Android after trying iphone but will have to head back to iphone I'm afraid Charging from 12 V outlet ie car charger is Abysmally poor,charging rate will not even keep phone charged under heavy usage like maps can only get fast charging from wall outlet with samsung charger and cord good looking phone and good screen but very disappointing in day to day usage

Great Phone but is now a rip off by Samsung – Upgraded from an S9. ✅The build quality, screen and operations are so far excellent. ✅ Camera and sound quality are excellent. ✅The fingerprint recognition so far is good The battery time is about the same as the S9 it replaces. It comes with... ❌ NO COVER of any sort ❌❌NO CHARGER of any sort ❌❌NO EARPHONES OR BUDS of any sort (Does not have a socket for wired ones) ◾ One short C to C lead. ❌Inadequate instructions on how to upgrade from old phone. It took a fair amount of research to do this but was very easy once initiated Most settings and Apps transferred without issues - but as you would expect, it does tax your username and password memories for services whose settings have not been accessed for a while. (Advice - before updating to a new phone make sure you can log in to all your Apps and Services and that your passwords are all known and logins reliable.)

In the past, my S9 came with all of those.

I have found it will charge slowly on my existing 10W Samsung wireless chargers and wall chargers but slowly due to the increased battery capacity

In order to have any sort of earphone or ear bud functionality, you have to buy these as extras and those designed to work with this phone are VERY EXPENSIVE. (A$299) The 25W wireless charger A$159 looks like a good product and can also charge earbuds. The 25W wall charger A$29 does not come with a charging lead unless you get the A$50 version There is a 45W super fast charger but reviews say it gives minimal increased rate at the expense of battery life and its A$60

Good phone – The camera quality is really good, especially at night. The screen gets very bright when it's sunny. However the battery can be improved but it still lasts me a day and I usually play might games and use social media apps. Apps run really smoothly with the new snapdragon chip. If you are buying this, get the green colour it looks so nice.
