In terms of performance expectations, I cannot comment on camera quality, display brightness, or app performance, as the device never powered on. I use my mobile phone extensively for photography, navigation, and content creation, which made this failure especially inconvenient. A company selling premium devices should demonstrate reliability, responsiveness, and respect for its customers — unfortunately, that was not my experience.

constantly arguing and being dismissed as if I am crazy, despite their own instore person sighting the bugs, they keep telling me there's nothing wrong with it and its not there problem. BTW did you know there is no complaints process or means to escalate a problem either. Found out the hard way, going around in circles and now cant get a refund. What a mistake in switching over from apple... Was told this would be resolved by the 29 Sept, and now I'm just being avoided. No replies to emails or call backs despite being promised.
Very poor experience – I pre ordered this device. Samsung is very prompt and good at taking your money and your old phone for trade in. After that, 7 weeks on I havent received my order, been frustrating to live without a phone since I had to send my old phone in for trade in, and the support hotline staff are not empowered to be helpful. that do not have phone numbers and only communicate via email. And those teams dont address questions I ask them over email. Sometimes they dont even reply at all. I would caution anyone, think twice. Samsung is dropped the ball with their staff and lack of quality thereof.
