Bad design no screen warranty $650 to repair – This 16 month old phone cost me $2,800 and lasted only 16 months. Samsung claim that I used excessive force. No way. The design is poor. Don't put it in your pocket!! The dust and lint etc in your pocket will enter at the hinge point and get in between the plastic cover and the picture panel. This raised plastic will put a large strain on the wafer this panel. Failure then happens. In their operating instructions Samsung warn against dust, but publish the IPX8 ingress protection, the X means that dust ingress was not tested, strange that there is a warning about it but never tested. No Warranty from Samsung, $650 to repair it. The small screen still works ok, I will have to use it, I can't afford $650 every 16 months. Only buy this phone when Warranty covers inside screen for usual life of phone.
