Hi The model type is Samsung TV UA82RU8000WXXY. Yesterday, I accidentally pressed the Factory setup button. And then the TV screen turns off, and all settings disappear. Could you tell me why, and how can I turn the screen on it? Or turn on the TV.

Can I use my foxtel remote to control the tv

Five months in and the unit is suffering from light bleeding in all four corners. Very noticeable in a darker room. Have lodged a query with Samsung and I am waiting for a reply.

bought tv early this year , but disappointed as we cannot get some apps of European tv channels. one in particular is the BVN tv . I do keep the auto update on. why is it not available from the Samsung app store :( still great tv

Bought this tv in March of 2020.. Was making popping sounds from the back of the tv intermittently. Now it has got worse and am thinking it is because of the cold weather. Called Samsung they came and could not fix it, they did not want to change the tv. The tech came a 2nd time and replaced the back cover and surprise surprise it did not fix the issue. It is obviously from the expansion of the back cover but it does not stop and it keeps making lound popping noise when it is on and off as well. Got another call today and they say they want to take the tv with them for testing which means that i will be without a tv for a couple of days, this is ridiculous. This is really bad service from Samsung.. It obviously can't be fixed and i might have got a bad batch so why not just change it and give me another one?
