Error dE appears and machine has stopped. What is the problem?
Hey Laurie, the error code dE indicates that the Spinning is not working. As a troubleshooting step, please try the following: Ensure the laundry is spread out evenly in the machine Ensure the unit is on a sturdy, level surface

Thank you for your reply. What I found was that the magnet in the lid had fallen out and without this in place the machine does not function.
Hi, I had this machine for years, always perfect but now it won't turn on. I checked the water inlet, the filter, the power all ok. I tried to reset it like they say on U-Tube, no result. When I turn the dial to AG silver wash it comes on but only with a light spray of water. Can you help?? Cheers, Stephen

I also have a problem with the black stuff, tried all sorts of things to get rid of this.. using bicarbonate Soda, Vinger, bleach.. have done everything, no luck and am in the process of selling it.

Hi ol mate. In the whole time ive had the machine iv'e never had any black crud anywhere inside the bowl, nor the rubber that surrounds the top of stainless bowl. Iv'e been lucky as it's always had tank/rain water in it n i use only liquid detergent.
So am.sorry, but i wouldnt even know what this black stuff looks like. Sounds like a mould.
Use cap of bleach & cup white vinigar once a month on a sanitation cycle.
Good luck with it.

Our machines pump broke we have purchased new one. Once replaced old with new the macine keeps pumping out water when turned on. How can i fix this?

I am getting an error SE on my washer can you please help?
when this happened to me my machine wasn't draining properly, I emptied as much water as I could out of the machine and at the back of the machine in the right bottom corner should be a opening,( you must screw it open) and I drained all left over water out to find that a single 5c peice was the problem it had gone through machine stopping at that point inturn disrupting its wash cycle. this could may well be the case if so good luck
The cold water inlet valve on my sw75usp has split & is leaking badly. I have now fitted the COLD water hose to the HOT water inlet valve & am pressing hot wash button. this is working ok but will it damage the machine. Also can someone please tell me the part # for the cold water inlet valve on this machine & where i can purchase one?All help will be appreciated thanks.
the same thing happened to me ive had my machine for 7 years and 2 years ago it split. I changed it to the hot wash and have not had a problem since, with this aspect of the machine. online there is a page where you may purchase parts that you are after unsure as to what the site is called I just typed in parts for sw7....

What does the code 4E mean? There's no water coming out at the start of the cycle.
I found that by connecting cold water to both the hot and cold inlets and then running the machine on the hot/cold water option the machine works perfectly - I assume there may be a fault in the cold water inlet solenoid which I haven't touched/replaced

I have a sw65usp and the whole panel that holds the magic filter has come away from the side of the drum .i can see no way to put it back in place unless the rotator comes out first.is there a way to take this out and then fit the panel and then reset the rotator?
