The one connect box is not powering up ? I’ve unplugged to paint the wall and when plugged back in no power. Renders the $4000 tv useless and I cannot find a replacement
Take it back and buy an LG. Worst TV known to man!!!

My TV has 2 vertical flashes & shadows from bottom of the screen to the top of the screen, can this be repaired ?

how to turn off "art mode" on a ls003? I want to control the tv by third party IR remote. but the tv is always opening art mode when i turn of the TV... can i disable it?
Hey Suys! You'd be unable to toggle Art Mode off on the Frame TV. Generally, you'd long press the power button on our OneRemote to toggle Art Mode off. However, as you have a third party remote connected, we'd be unable to provide appropriate steps for this. We hope you understand.

Why is the slideshow not progresing?
Can you turn the Frame TV into a mirror rather than showing art ?
The frame does not have a mirror function as it would probably require an additional camera to give this effect. The artwork works well and there are many great options. We have had ours 2 years now and love it.

It is not 3D compatible Tracy and you will struggle to find a modern (2018/2019) TV with this facility these days as it never really took off and companies have moved onto 4K and later this year 8K. I do recommend the Frame TV though as its a real statement piece in any living room, it has HDR (High Dynamic range), 4K and a great speaker (which is usually the weaker part of a TV).
