quite useful as you can reduce the washing time for slightly soiled articles. However, I have found that the delicate cycle to be impractical as it hardly agitates the drum and the detergent doesn't get rinsed off. I was even wondering if the machine was working when I put the cycle on. Also the wool cycle is there but it isn't gentle enough for pure wool and if you use it your pure wool will shrink. If the wool is a mixed wool/synthetics then it doesn't matter. Longevity? I'm not sure how longer it will go but at least it lasted 7 years.

Very good performer – This is our first front loader, and it solves the main problem we have always had with them- you can interrupt the cycle and add items. time for cottons cycle but soon discovered it self adjusts based on load size so my cycles are usually around 3 hrs or less.

great machine – Very quiet compared to my old top loader, clothes are staying in perfect condition compared to the old top loader seem to stretch them. Love the extra shoot function to add clothes after it has been turned on...... even easy enough for my 3 yr old daughter to use. Has a great delay start function.  Show details

Excellent – This is good, many options to set. It clean and rinse the clothes well, no wear-out clothes yet. The noise is just a like a normal washing machine. Probably the most favorite feature is the small door to put your clothes in the middle of washing. Expensive though but good purchase.  Show details

Have a lot of faults – I've had two washing machines in a year first machine electricals went out on of owning it about 2 months tub went and a couple other problems so Samsung replaced it second washing machine still has gone on it. The machine itself when it does work has made clothes clean but I will be never buying a Samsung washing machine ever again as I have had so many problems with it.  Show details

Excellent for medium to large family – Excellent for medium to large family. We can add clothes during wash. It has very good 15 Minute quick wash feature, and auto load sensor too. smart check troubleshooting. Variable spin setting and cleans dirty clothes very nicely. It makes very little noise so can do laundry anytime. Various settings helps to wash baby clothes without any problems.  Show details

So happy with this washing machine – I have always been liking Samsung front load. Clothes are clean after wash. It has many different settings and most importantly it spins up to 1400 rpm. So clothes dry very fast once hang out. It also has a little window for load small towels, socks, small garments. It has made it so easy for washing baby clothes.  Show details

Great functions but poor reliability – Cleans clothes and all functions works very well. Generally quiet even when spinning at highest setting. Problem is it broke down after 5 years and 5 months - looks like a belt problem resulting in drum instability when spinning causing complete wear of the front door seal. Great quality and stability and little noise. eco bubble feature is very useful for stains etc, though not necessary on clothes that are not very soiled. machine by pressing the pause button, wait for the lock light to go out, add extra washing and press pause again to carry on. A smart looking machine. The only thing missing is the spin only cycle as on my previous Samsung machine.This new one rinse and spin My old Samsung looks as good as new after 10 years and works just as new, now passed on to my sister who will no doubt get more years out of it.

smell from! The little door also catches lint and you really have to get in there to clean out the funk.

The washing machine does what it’s supposed to do and it does it well, but in my naivety I bought a front loader expecting to be less work, not more than stop loader. We make regular use of the drum clean setting to try to combat the schtink! I don’t think that I’d buy this model again.

Excellent Results Every Time – We love this washer. It replaced a tired old top loader and the first thing we noticed was clothes coming out finished half dry compared to the old one - great! I think it actually does a better job of cleaning too. It certainly uses less water and detergent so that's good. It quiet when running although the spin out sounds like a jet landing! Washing machine Samsung – It does clean the clothes very well, but with my white clothes, I am a bit disappointed. Top loader washing machine has better results with white clothes. It doesn't wear out the clothes. The cloths don't get wrinkling by the spinning. additional items. The machine is pretty quiet and has many wash cycle options to choose from. The only annoying thing is the melody that it plays at the end of the wash and to date I have not found a way to mute or shorten the melody. Other than that, it's a fantastic front loader. Cleans clothes and bedding fantastically!!

Brilliant Samsung Washer – My wife and I love this washing machine. It really is fabulous. Washing machine is good but the washer torn off in a months time but warranty replaced the washer – I was quite happy with the product. in the first month the door washer was torn off, however Samsung warranty replaced it after a couple of calls in. Great Machine - addwash feature is a hit with small kids – i have the 8.5 kg version, has a multitude of different load options. i mainly use the daily was that runs for just over an hour, or the cottons for my whites. cold wash comes out great every time. no issues. the add-wash is great for adding missed or additional pieces of dirty washing from kids undies / socks, washers or tea towels - have even squeezed a towel through it. recommended if you can pick it up for around $700  Show details

Very efficient and Powerful – I bought this washing machine when I was moving to my new place. The best part of this washing machine is- you can add up clothes in the middle of wash cycle or you forgot to put some clothes and want to add it quickly. Never observed any wear-out on clothes as of now. Machine runs smoothly with no loud noise or shakes. The ADD WASH Special Feature is Awesome! – It cleans well and very efficient. It only needs little amount of detergent to clean the clothes. It is also water efficient. It is not loud. Does it's purpose! – This frontload washer is very convenient and easy to use. We often use it on a weekly basis and never had problems on the output. It will be nice though if there's way to customize the time duration for spin. to wash a small load up to 2 kg on a fast 15 minute or 30 minute cycle. It has a multifunction cycle for washing all types of clothes including bedding but this cycle takes a lot longer and you can't put as many bedding items in it has its own spin cycle in case you just need to spend things by themselves the spin dryer is really good.

Also the machine plays music when it's when finished which I wish you could turn up living in a two story house sometimes it's hard to hear. An additional feature that would be good, is if it gives a additional reminder signal that the washing is finished, in case you forget to remove clothes straight away. This machine gives great results in washing your clothes and is quiet when in use. Some of the Cycles take over two hours but there is a daily washing cycle that can take as little as 1 hour.

I am very happy with this product.

I absolutely love this washing machine – I bought this machine several weeks ago & have washed every day clothes (shirts, shorts, long pants, jumpers), work clothes (my office clothes & my Husband's welding clothes) & bedding. It hasn't missed a beat, the result for all of these washes was the same - excellent. The amount of water that it spins out of the clothes is brilliant, shortening the drying time. Fine Machine – I bought this washer last year July. It is quite noisy as normal washer machine. The water usage is quiet a lot. I find the quick wash is not easy to operate. I like it set the program,eg. daliy washer, bedding, dark garment. It is really easy to use for those option. Over all value of money. Love the unique part of add more wash. Great machine – Very quiet machine, plays a tune when finished. Numerous settings to ensure a great wash. Very easy to use. Found clothes to be a bit "crunchy" so fabric softener is a must.
