Berry Weetbix terrible – I just bought gluten free berry weetbix .Its definitely changed -now tastes of overpowering artificial berry flavouring . I used to love this- did it have dried real berries before?? I’ll never buy again .
Purchased in at Australis for $4.50.
Weet-bix gluten free coconut & cinnamon – Omg I love these just wish they made them in the bigger boxes. Might have to email them. These are so tasty with coconut, rice puffs and a hint of cinnamon flavour with lactose free milk they are a big hit in our family and not just for breakfast either. They are also Monash University Low Fodmap Certified. They are also a 4 star Health Rating. Gluten free made from 77% whole grain - red sorghum grains, not wheat grains. Easy to digest and helps with regularity. We love their taste and the fact that you still get a crunch with the rice puffs even after the milk has soaked in. This flavour is definitely my favourite.
Purchased in at IGA.
A Healthy Start! – I have been gluten free for 15 years and back then there was not a lot of breakfast options available which was disappointing because I was a weet bix girl When they started making gluten free I honestly hated the plain ones…then the coconut with rice puffs weet bix appeared on the shelves The texture is perfect, they don’t get sodden with milk before I get to eat them and the coconut and cinnamon flavour is obvious. A little more expensive than regular weet bix…but well worth it. I am now a weet bix old sheila
Purchased in for $5.50.
Fantastic substitute – I was diagnosed with Coeliac disease two years ago and have consequently been forced to adapt to a gluten free diet. I used to love Weet-Bix with warm milk for breakfast and was a little scared to try these and be disappointed... but they’re great! In fact I think I like them even more than regular Weet-Bix. The texture is a little papery, but that can’t be helped. Wonderful flavour, and they absorbed the warm milk nicely.
