Sarros Electrical

I had one of their staff come out and quote me on a service to under the sink filtration system plus either replacing it or a full house system. That was 4 weeks ago besides numerous emails to them which I keep getting excuses I still have not received a quote obviously they do not want my business. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. and install them near completion. This is what we did, the only problem was that the builder took longer than he planned to arrive at that time, Sarros waited patiently and completed the job when they could. Good builder, good electrician. We had air conditioning when we moved in.

Happy with end to end service! – 10/10. Woman I dealt with on phone went out of their way to juggle things around to fit me in as I needed the works done asap! Easy to book, great communication, prompt service. Happy with the end to end service I received!

Never showed up for the appt and blamed you! – Just called to confirm appt because they are 4hrs late, and the lady on the phone said that "I cancelled." She claimed the electrician called this morning at 9am and sent a msg and I cancelled which I have no log of the call and the msg. dialed the wrong number or they miss communicated. Either way they tried to blame me for this. Not impressed, waited from 12 onwards for 4.5hrs. I wouldn't recommend them if they can't get an appt right.

Watch out, scammer – Called them as tenant advised he lost power to some areas in house. Called Sarros, within 2 hours they called advising Switch board needs upgrade. $4000. We declined. Called another electrician, he called me back saying tenant had a faulty kettle.

Dishonest – Our power was tripping and the serviceman came the next day. He went straight to the meter box and told us we needed all the wiring replaced and quoted $3800. I told him that my hubby thought the problem was coming from the power point in the front bedroom but he refused to listen and assured that we were wrong. He told me they could do the job… Read more

the next day but I was apprehensive, he then rang my husband at work and was pushing him to give the go ahead. My hubby was on the same page as I was and told him that further investigations needed to take place as $3800 is a lot of money. When he finished the conversation he told me that my hubby was happy to proceed with the work and it was up to me to give him the go ahead. I told him I needed to talk to my hubby and I would get back to him. He did not want to leave and he came back 10 minutes later offering to replace half the wiring at half the cost. I rang my hubby and found that he had been dishonest about giving him the go ahead. That evening hubby removed the power point in the front bedroom to find moisture present and found a burst water pipe. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Prompt, and 100% honest and reliable service... I won't be using anyone else now... I have been ripped off locally, because I am a widow... these people did not rip me off and were so honest upfront... love em!

competitive, and work gets completed in a professional manner. I also did have an issue with a plug, and they fixed it in half a day - no charge and no complaint. I will definitely use this company again and I was genuinely impressed.

Big Bullies and threatening customers – We called them to come over and give us a quote alongside a few other companies. we received their quote which was about $21000 dollars so therefore we said we will not be going with their quote and going to use another business. they will make my life hell and " i can make reports to western power and you don't want that but we can do the job for you and everyone is happy". over 10 calls back to back non stop acting like a unstable person who should not be dealing with customers followed by multiple messages of made up stories and threats.

I have already reported them to both western power and Building and Energy regulator.

My advise learn to deal with rejection when a customer says No Thank you and stop threatening people. I do hope you weren't the business owner. however i did try to leave feedback on your facebook page and i was blocked and comments deleted. goes to show how you value feedback and customers.

Super urgent job – I rang Sarros because Western Power had to shut my power off and the the elderly lady’s in the other unit for emergency repairs. The consumer pole base was rusted and falling over. power back on that day, but Western Power would not hang around for a short period. The electrician tried to get them to stay, as the lady in the other unit was on dialysis and also needed her phone line. I was impressed with their dedication to finish the job straight away and also their concern for the lady. If I ever need an electrician urgently or non urgently, I will be calling Sarros. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. I cannot rate the fees, as the job was urgent and I wasn’t prepared to take time ringing around. I thought the pole supply and fitting cost was around what I thought it would be.
