I purchased a pair of black faux leather trousers with a front slit from Myer, and after just one wear, the seam split and the fabric stretched out by almost two sizes. response was slow and unhelpful. It’s disappointing, as the trousers are poorly made and not up to the quality expected from the brand and over priced.

Given my experience and similar reviews from others, it’s clear the product is cheaply manufactured and does not represent good value.

amazing – I visited the Armadale Store on 12th December 2024 an would like to say that the 2 young girls serving in this shop were absolutely amazing they made me feel so fantastic. I had 2 days to find a wedding dress outfit and being an older age female they were amazing.

Worst Customer Service and Policies – I purchased a skirt as a gift for my partner form Birkenhead Point. is safe to do so. Absolute disgrace and my partner now does not have a $250 birthday gift that is of any use. Shame Sass & Bide, I hope you are someday treated the same.

Poor customer service and don’t standby their product when there is a problem – I bought a pair of pants from sass and bibe. After some time they frayed very sadly and unreasonably I have cheaper pants that are better quality! When I complained to their customer service about it I had no customer satisfaction they did not stand by their product and because I didn’t have a receipt they basically said it was my fault well… Read more

hello 1. your product name is on the product So it’s Definately yours receipt or no receipt 2. The time frame they expected me to keep the receipt was unreasonable considering I didn’t know the fabric was woven well and frayed with time 3. For a top end priced product the quality is not too end and they don’t stand by their product unlike kooki one of my straps Broke on a top from kooki they were very happy to replace it but since it was old stock and they didn’t have them any more they repaired it that’s what I call excellent customer service sass and bibe have NO customer service! I am no longer going to buy their inferior China made products which obviously have no product quality control but they want to be a high end product charge a high end price but have a low quality product. As you can see from the photo the fabric has frayed and wasn’t woven properly on the left hand side. I have had better wear for a much cheaper product made of better quality fabric I will certainly not be supporting this brand again

Hole in jeans I have barely worn – I bought a pair of jeans less than a year ago (30 may) from Myer store. they looked great but due to lock down and then summer I have not worn them much. But already have a big hole in them. Won’t buy again.

escalating as the pants were clearly not fit for purpose. It's three months later and I still don't have the pants I paid for. The pants are available online though head office won't send me a pair saying they'll need to come from the store which is now closed. Despite numerous email exchange there has been no attempt by S&B to achieve a mutually agreeable resolve.

Sass and Bide need to invest in customer service training – Appalling customer experience at Chermside Myer in the Sass and Bide section. If you are interested in buying this brand go elsewhere, avoid at all costs. Have attempted to provide feedback to both Sass and Bide and Myer but appears that neither of these companies are interested in answering the phone. Show details

Don't trustingly believe what they say! – Bought a dress after being reassured by staff that it would not mark easily. Silly me should have stayed in it for longer than 4 min as when I got it home the SLIGHTEST bit of moisture and it drastically changed colour. I have now Bern told "no refunds, no returns" even with tags still fully on. (not told this at time of purchase!) I will ensure that I do not EVER shop with this line again! Show details
