Not a Trustworthy Builder – The name Saturn Deveolpers has been introduced only last year due to many bad references for parent company Robust Builders Pty Ltd and the brand name Prime Granny Flats. The Builder comes as a friendly person and gets the extra documents signed, which he use to extract extra money or to intimidate the clients in case of conflict. Uses inferior building material, kitchen appliances and door locks.Already changed the door locks and kitchen appliance purchased from discount (cheap) stores. This has happened in several cases with different clients. Also the quality of overall construction including the electrical installations and plumbing is extremely poor. Can be verified with several customers who built with this builder. I made a big mistake by signing pre-authorisation, for the payments from bank and he took advantage of that too. Not a trustworthy company and the builder can produce any fake documents at his convenience. Well experienced in how to manipulate a client with Legal points - whether its a council, court or Tribunal. Every client should read the documents from this builder twice before signing any documents.Also take a declaration for "NO PAYMENT DUE" and " NO VARIATIONS DONE" -once the payment is finalised, otherwise the Client will get the demand for unpaid bills as a surprise, especially for variations at later stage. Highly unprofessional and unethical Builder.
