Shocking…..i am constantly emptying and now it is getting clogged in the head and won’t go into the barrel. It was ok for about for six months and that’s it. I had to purchase on behalf of an elderly client so have to put up with it as he certainly can’t afford a new one. Used on carpet. Show details
Not as good as it claims – The cleaner worked well to begin with. The only good thing was the power head. However after having it for 6 months it heats up and turns off straight away. Brought from Godfrey’s closing down sale. Rang the customer service number and it’s disconnected. Show details
So poor – Terrible machine. Blocks constantly with pet hair. Terrible on hard floors. Badly designed. Shameful.
Should not be marketed as a vacuum for pets – The power is fine... The power head however leaves a lot to be desired. It may be fine if you have a cat or small dog... I have 2 medium sized dogs... I am forever clearing blockages at the power head... It is a bad design, the brush is too small in diameter, as is the neck of the power head. For a $500 vacuum, it is certainly lacking... … Read more
Further the cannister that collects the dirt is way way to small.. It fills up so quickly, so again I am emptying it every 5 minutes. The carpet is low pile. The size and weight is ideal for someone older, and its compact... I wish I had spent my $500 on something better. I would never recommend this unit to anyone who has dogs larger than a corgi. It is definitely not designed as an adequate pet vacuum at all. Definitely NOT happy with it.

It’s so good, I bought two!!! – While I was tempted to buy a $1000+ machine, I found that this vacuum exceeded my expectations for way less! The thing that sold me was the “power head” that has a motorized brush and a vibrating function that rattles the carpet to pick up the super fine dust particles. Yes I was immediately convinced after seeing the live demonstration in store,… Read more · 1
and trying it at home it didn’t disappoint. I was amazed at how I kept filling up my machine over and over again after vaccuuming the whole apartment in one day. Even a small 2x2m floor area was pulling clouds of dust no matter how many times I vacuumed it.. I’m literally obsessed. I bought my parents the same machine in the same week, and it’s successfully pulled out buckets of dust from shag pile and a neglected spare bedroom. Other things I like about this machine: - it’s light, and especially when you need to get higher, lifting it with one hand while vaccuuming was easy. - clearing the machine is easy. Compared to past machines I’ve had, there’s no compartment in the main container for dusk to get stuck, it’s all easy to disassemble. - yes while I had bulky items stuck in the handle, it’s nothing too complex than any other machine. Just pull most of it out with a pen, loosen the dust around a bit, then turn the machine back on. It should suck it right back into the machine. - I like that the filters are easy to replace. You can buy spares at Godfrey’s and that’ll make your machine last longer. - comes with a mini brush power head too, doesn’t have the vibrate function, but still agitates the dust enough to get a decent amount out. Perfect for car carpets I found.
Anyway, genuinely an amazing machine for a mid range price point.
Worse vacuum ever – I have had this vacuum now for a few months and it’s the worst I have ever used. The suction is terrible, and on hard floors I have to vacuum the same spot over and over and over to pick up everything. It also blocks so very easily. I have a large house and this machine has effectively doubled the time it takes to clean. Contacted Godfrey’s to… Read more
ask if I could exchange and pay extra to get a better one and was told no. They offered me $20 trade in!! Goes to show how much this machine is actually worth - $20 after only a few months. So disappointed. Never ever buy this vacuum.

Repeated blockages make this unsuitable – We purchased this for a carpeted house with hard floors in kitchen & bathrooms. The hose has 2 rigid angles at either end. The vacuum has blocked many times when only a small object was accidentally sucked in. It’s difficult to unblock because of the angles. Although under warranty the shop said they’d need to send it away & it would take 6 weeks… Read more
for a repair so we have persisted with wriggling wire and garden hose through the vacuum hose as well as dropping a coin through the hose in order to unblock it. A vacuum job can result in 2-3 hrs of attempts to unblock. No other vacuum we’ve ever owned has had a problem like this. Also the power cord is quite short so an extension cord is needed. Most disappointing purchase we’ve made.
What were they thinking – What were Sauber thinking with the power cord? It's too short to reach most reasonable hallways let alone living areas. How disappointing. Show details
The best vacuum to meet all round needs – A long 6m cord and it’s not too noisy. It’s easy to carry around in both bulk and weight. Empties easily. Sucks up very well, but I’m not using the large turbo head. The Sauber has reduced the amount of dust that we were getting. The only issue is that my old extension pipes from my previous Phillips vacuum cleaner don’t quite fit the pipes.… Read more · 2
They’re 2mm out. It’s the first time I’ve had non standard pipes. I need to be able to connect up pipes so I can reach high cobwebs. I researched many vacuums to meet my extensive farmhouse needs before I decided on this one.
