think the machine has been cheaply made and probably don't expect it to last like my Mieles have. The only way I would recommend this machine is if it is on sale.

design faults – Suction is excellent but body design fails. The roundness and height of the body means it hits the walls and not the skirting and with the added rubber sides, it has damaged my walls leaving dents and paint marks. the head doesn't turn when the handle is turned. Being a Pet vac, the brush isn't easy to get out to clean when its full of hair. Whoever designed this obviously doesn't vacuum much

Would be 5 stars but one serious flaw - the power lead – Excellent light and variable power - so quiet on low power you think it is not on. It is excellent cleaning hard floors. The carpet head cleaned out dust on my persian rugs after I had cleaned them with my Miele (I used new bags to compare). The BIG PROBLEM is the short power lead. The short power lead makes its ease of use go down to 1/5. This is a huge issue and takes stars off what would be a 5 STAR review. Show details

Falls short with the power lead – Our new Sauber seems a good unit and the power head does a sterling job. However the short retractable power lead is just frustrating. Okay for a medium bedroom but that's all. It is particularly annoying to have to use an extension lead almost every time you want to vacuum. I wish we had checked this before purchase. Show details
