Promises Promises – We ordered our fridge today at 12:30pm on the basis that orders before 2pm can be delivered the next day as promised on their website. After not hearing anything, we rang at 4:30pm to be told. "Sorry, we haven't processed the order yet, so we can't deliver it tomorrow". So not only can we not get our fridge on time, their false promises have meant we are now too late to order from one of their more capable competitors. Simple business. Deliver on what you promise. Order cancelled.

No follow up customer service – Contacted Savvy Appliances (who are also 2nds World) to ask about the freight for an item they listed on eBay. They claim Westinghouse provide free freight to some areas, yet they would not provide a way to order from their ebay listing.

Excellent service and good price – The Video recorder was easy to find on their web site and was a reasonable price with realistic delivery charges. It was delivered quickly and arrived in good condition, the standard packing being adequate for normal postal delivery. I preferred postal delivery as home delivery means having to wait around all day instead of just going to the PO to pick up the item, and this is not always and option with some suppliers. Versatile unit with good facilities and easy to use

Great Service ... Excellent Product – I recently purchased a Haier - 5.5KG 810rpm Top Loading Washing from Savvy Appliances. I was a little unsure about purchasing the machine online, but I could not be happier with the service Savvy provided. From the time I placed the order, the Savvy Team made sure I had all the information I needed to evaluate the product according to my specifications and requirements.
