I had one ring in my order that I did not like and wanted to return. Not going to happen. They kept coming up with deals I would take and then they would change after agreement. I gave up and just not speaking to them ever again. Too frustrating for cheap and cheaply made jewelry. Thanks for this opportunity. Thank you for your time and valuable feedback! They will not let me rate on there site.

Sayabling Jewelery said I never ordered (24/12/24) BUT I received the whole returned package from China last week from CHINA CUSTOMS after they advised to return for full refund (January 2025). They never picked it up! Another $A24 thrown away! USD99 paid on 24/12/24 many emails to and fro from this disgraceful company. I now have evidence as "returned". PayPal have iinvestigated but tell me reported but due to not informing PayPal within 30 day period, no reimbursement from them either.

Follow-up  · Follow up. Do NOT spend your $$ forwarding a package back to them in CHINA. Tracking shows sits in Customs over there for 3 months. Sayabling do NOT collect. Sayabling also state that you never purchased from them. Even though photos forwarded, postage bag forwarded in pics, they will deny. Sayabling are scammers. Customer service ... there isn't anyone. They just send you the same email each time that they have not received return. IT US IN CHINA CUSTOMS, WAITING FOR COLLECTION.... BEWARE!

Item received did not look like advertised picture- different colours and far inferior quality. Contacted seller and after long discussions where pictures were provided but they refused to acknowledge any issue, was told to send item back at own expense, and they would refund on receipt. Sent item (back to China) at own expense and according to Australia post, it is in Chinese customs and the seller will not acknowledge any contact or requests from Customs and will not accept delivery. So - I have no item, I spent extra sending it back for a refund, and I have no refund. Looking at other reviews now, it seems this is how they operate. Don’t waste your money and time!
