delay advising me that the owner was away and would be back at the end of the week. I wrote again on 05/09/2023. No reply, and no refund as at 11/09/2023.

Very dissatisfied – The shoes are not comfortable, the returns policy doesn’t meet Aust standards and for the money you pay you are not receiving quality. The customer service isn’t pleasant. I have never come across an online company that makes returns so difficult. I bought four pairs of shoes return three and didn’t get a full refund. Buyer beware. Show details

Pretty shoes but – Pretty shoes, good quality, very expensive considering they are only designed in Australia but Made in China. The website only publishes the 5 star reviews which tells me they are not transparent, customer service is good. purchased a pair in my normal size (as per their sizing guide) and even after stretching they were still uncomfortable. I then purchased a second pair in the next size up which solved the issue but I had to insert an arch support to align the shoe to my own arch, also I had to stick heel gels to stop them from slipping off - the shoe is now comfortable. I gave them a positive and constructive 3 star review but they did not publish it. Had I known that I had to go to further expense and trouble to make an expensive 'bunion friendly shoe' comfortable I would not have purchased from their website. Buyer beware - 100% five star reviews are a tell tale sign that the company is hiding information that you may need to make an informed purchasing decision.

Not as Good as they make out – You have to question a company that removes your comments on their site because they are honest but not supportive of their product. Buyer beware, when companies do not allow an honest review that is not a good sign. I was so disappointed with these shoes. absolutely beautiful on their site and they state that they are good for people who have problem feet I just had to try them.

These shoes are made out of the hardest leather I have ever put on my feet. The sole is nice and soft but the leather is not good. They definitely would not be suitable for people with bunions. Also if you buy on sale like I did to try for the first time they do not give you a refund. I was lucky, I argued my case and got my money back. Do not waste your money here. A true honest review.
