Forever home taking forever -15 months - not even locked up! – Two supervisors left SCHO Homes in 2014. Supervisor No 3 never tells us anything. After 15 months no end in sight. Would you build with SCHO Homes? This is costing us around 1Million dollars. Does this sound ok to anyone? If we ask for site meeting they have workers there on that day only it seems. So hard not to cry. December 2015 My Final Update: Scho Homes and Shane Hannah the builder who owned that business went broke owing almost $4million dollars. Housing Indemnity Insurance is capped at $100,000 and it cost us an extra $72,000 more!! Moral of the story is this: when workers don't come or staff changes all the time front up to the builder and ask him to PROVE to you he has lots of money in business bank account and the company is not "trading while insolvent" Thst means the builder takes deposits to build new houses and puts new pad down but is forced to use some of that deposit money to pay trades on other jobs! Tradies are smart. They won't come again after builder doesn't pay them or if they keep doing the work and not being paid they loose all claim to it when builder goes broke or into receivership or administration.

Terrible – This home was not hard to build, for many reasons SCH Homes didn't deliver. We had a very different story at hand over, to the one [name removed] said at the first meeting. small perth builder, and nothing else. Inexperienced staff, lack of procedures,changed supervisors, substandard workmanship.

Unbelievable Service! Promised everything and delivered it ALL!! – SCH delivered us our home so quickly and perfectly, we could not have asked for anything more! From design and selections to completion, we just don't have a bad word to say! Building before with a large builder that was a nightmare, building with SCH was a dream! Their client contact/service was spot on, they have won awards for this. Totally recommend. very efficient, quality of workmanship fantastic & great client communication
