Received order, very slow delivery and very disappointed with the dresses ordered. Material very poor cotton , extremely thin and colour not as described. Cost to return makes it unviable to do so. $25 per item plus postage. Beware will not buy again from this company
The item I received was grossly misrepresented on their website. It looks cheap and poorly made in a factory in China. Their returns/refund policy ensures you pay more the send the item back to China, plus they take a 15% “processing fee”. Overall very disappointing and feels like a scam. Show details
BEWARE!! NEVER buy from this drop-shipping site. Same items are on Temu at a fraction of the price. They even use the same Temu photos! Before I discovered this, I had placed two online orders for what were presented as high quality 'Australian' linen items. My first order disappeared from my account, although I had paid. My second order was 'out… Read more
of stock' and they asked me to choose a substitute, which I did. Then, they never able to confirm the availability of that substitute(I guess Temu didn't respond), and my orders were left hanging in weird 'being processed' or 'cannot find order' modes. I have raised the issue with PayPal and also my Bank. UPDATE...I finally received one of my orders. Not surprisingly, the quality is truly dreadful. My "Hazel Linen" shirts are, in fact, thin, cheap cotton you can actually see through - same ziplock packaging as Temu, same outer packaging as Temu, with a second postage label stuck over the original postage label to hide the primary source of this nasty rubbish. I have escalated my dispute, as everything this site does contravenes Australian Consumer Laws. They DO NOT respond to your emails, the mobile number listed on the website goes straight to message bank, and their physical address in Richmond is incomplete and weirdly formatted. Their mealy mouthed responses on this review site mean nothing and are probably generated by AI bots well beyond Australian shores. Deeply deceptive and misleading site.
The quality is appalling and the product descriptions are outright fraudulent. I bought a dress that wasn’t worth more than $10. I managed to get a credit note instead of a refund, but it could only be used on full-priced items, which greatly limited my choices. I eventually selected a pair of shoes, which arrived yesterday. They feel like… Read more
something you could buy for around $8 on Temu — absolute rubbish. On top of that, delivery takes weeks.
Avoid this company.
Horrible customer service — minus a billion. They don’t refund, the material is cheap, and the sizing is completely inaccurate. It’s been months since I requested a return and refund. I couldn’t even put the item on. They kept asking me the same questions over and over instead of resolving the issue. Dont bother to buy anything from this place. Its been a nightmare im still waiting to return and get a refund. Show details
Pieces are from temu! Warehouse is in Asia, their return policy is terrible. Avoid!
disappointed with the product it worth $2 not $70. I don’t know how you get away with selling this crap at this price. Shame on you. You seriously let my mother down in Mother’s Show details
Think before you buy, there are better transparent sites to use, than this one. Item takes forever to arrive. Website states returns accepted, but costs not included in that statement. They are Hidden away in FAQ! Where you find that a $25 restocking fee will be charged FOR EVERY ITEM, and taken from the original cost of the garment. This is not… Read more
an easy process, as you then have to email them a request, and wait for reply. Rather than a simple returns page done online as most traders do. I won't be buying again.
Don't buy from this terrible company, the products are trash and the returns process is non-existent Show details
SCAM! They ship items from Temu. Misleading and deceptive website that suggests 'Australian' founder and, therefore, high quality. The 'Hazel' shirts I ordered were $60, but listed on Temu for $17 - exact same photos too!! I reckon they also produce AI generated emails in response to any emails you send them - they are generic and robotic and never address your exact concerns. Avoid.
Please please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!! They are a full scam. My product never arrived. No customer service. And very sure they sold my details as I now have double spam calls and emails!!!
Very difficult company to deal with. They do not make it easy to return items. I have emailed everyday and no response. I have contacted my back and the ACCC Show details
Poor quality product. Item not as described and does not look like the photo. Thin poor quality material, poor stitching. Better off buying from temu. Show details

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I’ve had exactly the same experience. I bought a pair of $100 shoes on ‘sale’. The product that arrived seemed like some kind of joke. Totally garbage low-quality shoes like nothing I’ve seen before. As others described, they are making it impossible to return. I’ve sent a dozen emails now,… Read more
requesting the return address. They won’t even give it to me and keep telling me that I will incur a bunch of charges. I have now reported to the Department of fair trading for them to sort out. I hope this scam company stops being able to totally rip people off.

I was looking for some decent shoes for work and having a wide women's size 11 shoe, I find it hard to shop locally. While searching on google, I discovered byseabourne.com which seems to market itself as an Australian company specialising in beach… Read more
wear and were advertising 50% storewide ending on that day (just so you know, I've now realised this store displays this perpetually). I checked their shoes and saw a couple that I liked the look of and thought I was getting a bargain paying $123 for 2 pairs of shoes, both of which claimed to be orthopaedic. That's when the red flags started. Before I even checked out, they offered me to buy a 2nd set of one of the shoes for a larger discount, I declined, so then they offered it to me again for an even larger discount, I declined again and paid for my order. My bank then notified me for me to confirm this was a legitimate purchase, I approved it. Then the tracking updates started, I've never seen tracking updates like this, after 1 day, they told me my order was processed and awaiting pickup carrier, 5 days later another tracking update email stating it was next facility awaiting quality inspection, and then that it was again being picked up by carrier, and then 2 days later it was at a different facility. The tracking then 10 days after order, it states "Country of Origin commences declaration" which is the first indication that these shoes were not in Australia, country was not identified. I then received the shoes after another 3 days. This is when the experience gets worse. 2 pairs of shoes received in a plastic satchel. Inside the satchel, 2 pairs of shoes loosely packed in a bubble wrap bag. Both pairs of shoes a small make, 1 long enough to fit my foot but too narrow, the other so small and narrow I don't think it would fit any size 11 woman, and my foot couldn't go in it at all. The 2nd pair of shoes literally feels like plastic, these are not orthopaedic shoes and are not good quality. I then emailed this company to enquire about returning and refund. First up, they offered for me to buy 2 new pairs of shoes for $25 each. I responded to them I didn't want new shoes from them, I wanted a refund. Then they responded that I would have to pay $25 each (so $50) as a restocking fee, plus pay insured and tracked package to return the shoes to China, plus pay any customs. When I responded that this was ridiculous, it would basically cost me the refund amount just to return their poor quality shoes, they emailed me 2 new offers, 1 option to keep the shoes and accept a 10% refund (so $12.30) or option 2, keep the shoes and accept a 50% credit with their store. They also had the gall to include their returns handling terms in case I wanted to return for "full refund", which states that shoes must be returned in intact packaging after they sent the shoes to me in a bubble wrap bag. I have refused all their options, this is not a serious company, this company is basically a scam selling substandard goods from China while calling themselves an Australian company. Their strategy is to make their returns policy so not worth your while that you keep their substandard product while they keep the good money you paid. The fact that every day their website advertises it is the final day of a 50% off sale just reinforces their dishonesty. Avoid at all costs.
Follow-up · The shoe quality was very bad. Small make, narrow and feels like plastic. I couldn't fit the lace up shoes on my foot at all, the more open shoes could go on my foot but were tight across the toes and not supportive. The shoes did look like the website photos, however on the website photos, they looked higher quality than what they looked like… Read more
Very disappointing. As others have said, this company misrepresents itself as an Australian Company in QLD by women, looking out for woman. However, all stock apparently comes from China. I was disappointed in the quality of the material of the… Read more
dresses I purchased. My sister bought 3 shirts and they sent them all the same colour. The pants she bought look nothing like the images on their site. It is then that we read the return policy. You have to return the clothing back to China, at your own expense and cop a $25 shipping fee. Based on this it isn't worth returning the products. Very deceptive. I would not recommend buying from them.
Follow-up · The company was kind enough to rectify the issue and sent my sister the correct shirts with just the cost of postage. It was her error so my initial review was too harsh. However, you do need to read the exchange conditions carefully and note that many of the products are coming from China and there may be a restocking fee.
This company disguises itself as Australian. They are not and the items are actually extremely bad quality, take a month to arrive via Singapore and their customer service does not reply to emails, once they realise you would like a refund. Do not buy from them Show details
Follow-up · Shoes, terrible quality, wrong colour, plastic buckles $114. Tried to get a restock fee from me at $25 and it cost $38 to return them. Still no refund. Please do not buy from this company which is based in China
Avoid this store. I purchased 2 dresses and they are a poorly made, cheap replica that barely look like the picture on the website (the images are created by Chat GPT). I got the same size for both dresses, but one was too big and the other too small. The supposed "hassle free" returns require you to pay for shipping back to China which costs more than the products themselves. Save your money and go elsewhere to purchase clothing. Show details
Poor quality, slow shipping, and difficult returns. Items differ from website photos and being shipped from China without protective packaging. The website gives the impression that the brand is a local brand from Australia but not at all.
